Immediate steps to protect your ReelCiety account
If you believe your ReelCiety account has been accessed or used without your authorization, it is important to act quickly. Prompt action helps limit potential harm, secure your account, and restore control.
Signs of a compromised account may include unexpected changes to your profile, unfamiliar login activity, content you did not post, or security notifications you did not initiate.
Step 1: Secure Your Account Immediately
If you can still access your account, change your password as soon as possible. Choose a strong, unique password that you have not used on other services.
Review your account settings for any changes you did not make, including profile information, email address, or security preferences.
Step 2: Review Login Activity
Where available, review recent login activity and active sessions to identify unfamiliar devices or locations.
Sign out of any sessions you do not recognize and ensure that only authorized devices remain connected to your account.
Step 3: Check Your Email Security
Since account recovery and notifications rely on your registered email address, ensure that your email account has not also been compromised.
Update your email password and review its security settings if necessary.

If you are unable to regain access to your account or believe unauthorized activity continues, contact ReelCiety support as soon as possible.
When contacting support, provide as much detail as possible about the issue, including when you noticed suspicious activity and any actions you have already taken.

ReelCiety may take protective actions such as temporarily restricting access, requiring additional verification, or reviewing recent account activity to help secure your account.
Investigations are conducted in accordance with platform policies and applicable laws. ReelCiety cannot guarantee restoration of content or settings altered during unauthorized access.
