1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, installing, or using the Vexor mobile app, website, or related services (“Services”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by:

• These Terms of Service
• Vexor’s Privacy Policy
• Cookie Policy
• Community Guidelines
• Creator & Monetization Terms (where applicable)
• Nexa Group’s legal policies

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must stop using Vexor immediately.

2. Eligibility & Account Requirements

To use Vexor, you must:

• Be at least 13 years old
• Have parental permission if under 18
• Provide accurate account information
• Not have been banned previously from any Nexa Group platforms

You agree NOT to:

• Create accounts using bots or automation
• Impersonate a person, brand, or organization
• Sell, trade, or transfer your account
• Share your password with anyone

Nexa Group may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts for violations, fraud, security issues, inactivity, or risk to community safety.

3. User Content & Licensing Rights

You retain ownership of all videos, images, audio, comments, and other materials you upload (“User Content”). However, by posting on Vexor, you grant Nexa Group a worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, transferable license to:

• Store, host, and back up your User Content
• Display, reproduce, and distribute your content on Vexor
• Use your content to personalize feeds, recommendations, and discovery systems
• Use your content in promotional or platform-related materials
• Moderate, review, or remove your content when necessary

This license ends when you delete your content or your account. Deleted content may persist temporarily in backups or legal retention systems.

4. Prohibited Content & Activities

You may NOT upload, post, or engage in:

• Harassment, threats, bullying, or hateful conduct
• Violence, dangerous acts, gore, or self-harm encouragement
• Sexual content involving minors (strictly prohibited)
• Illegal activities, weapons trafficking, or drug sales
• Copyright infringement or unauthorized use of someone else’s intellectual property
• Impersonation, fraud, phishing, or deceptive practices
• Spamming, mass-messaging, or unauthorized commercial advertising
• Attempts to hack, reverse-engineer, exploit, or disrupt Vexor systems

Violations may result in immediate account removal, reporting to authorities, or legal action.

5. Moderation, Automated Systems & Enforcement

Vexor uses automated detection systems, machine-learning models, and human moderators to enforce safety policies. Nexa Group may:

• Remove or restrict visibility of violating content
• Apply warnings, temporary bans, or permanent suspension
• Shadow-limit accounts deemed harmful or risky
• Report illegal content to law enforcement
• Preserve data as required for legal proceedings

Enforcement decisions may be appealable, depending on violation type and severity.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

All trademarks, branding, interface designs, algorithms, software, and platform features are owned exclusively by Nexa Group. Users may not:

• Copy or modify the app’s code or proprietary systems
• Scrape or harvest data from the platform
• Repurpose Vexor branding, logos, or interface without permission
• Create derivative works based on Vexor intellectual property

7. In-App Purchases, Coins & Subscriptions

Vexor may offer digital goods such as coins, boosts, subscriptions, or VIP features. All purchases are processed through Apple’s App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their refund policies.

• All sales are final unless required by law
• Virtual currency has no real-world monetary value outside the platform
• Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account termination

8. Creator Monetization & Advertising

Creators who participate in monetization programs must comply with:

• Local tax regulations
• Community Guidelines
• Content quality and eligibility requirements
• Nexa Group’s Monetization Terms

Non-compliance may result in removal from monetization programs.

9. Third-Party Services

Vexor may integrate with third-party tools, APIs, or external websites. Nexa Group is not responsible for:

• Third-party content or behavior
• Privacy or security practices of external services
• Losses resulting from interactions with third-party platforms

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Vexor is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. Nexa Group does not guarantee:

• Platform uptime or uninterrupted service
• Accuracy or reliability of recommendations
• Absence of technical errors, bugs, or delays
• Permanent availability of any feature or function

You use Vexor at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexa Group is not liable for:

• Loss of data, profits, or revenue
• Indirect or consequential damages
• Unauthorized access to accounts
• User-generated content or behavior

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Nexa Group and its affiliates against claims, damages, liabilities, and legal fees arising from:

• Your use of the platform
• Your User Content
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your infringement of intellectual property

13. Account Termination

Nexa Group may suspend or delete accounts for violations, detected risks, legal obligations, or safety concerns. You may delete your account anytime in the app’s settings.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your country of residence. For international matters, primary jurisdiction is:

If you believe your copyrighted work has been used without authorization, contact:
