Friendium Fraud, Scams & Financial Abuse Policy
This policy defines Friendium’s rules and enforcement standards regarding fraud, scams, deceptive practices, and financial abuse. It exists to protect users, businesses, and Nexa-Group from harm, loss, exploitation, and regulatory exposure.

Friendium is a real-identity social platform designed for authentic interaction. Fraudulent or deceptive financial behavior undermines trust and causes serious harm. This policy applies to all users, pages, businesses, advertisers, sellers, and third parties using Friendium services.
2. Definition of Fraud & Financial Abuse
Fraud and financial abuse include any act intended to deceive, manipulate, exploit, or unlawfully obtain money, goods, services, personal data, or financial advantage from others.
3. Prohibited Fraudulent Activities

4. Marketplace & Commerce Fraud
The following are strictly prohibited in marketplace or commercial contexts:
- Sale of counterfeit or misrepresented goods
- Failure to deliver purchased items or services
- Misleading pricing, hidden fees, or bait-and-switch tactics
- Payment redirection to unverified or deceptive channels
- Abuse of refund, chargeback, or dispute mechanisms
5. Payment & Financial Manipulation
Users may not engage in:
- Money laundering or structuring transactions to avoid detection
- Unauthorized solicitation of funds
- Use of stolen payment methods or financial credentials
- Cryptocurrency scams or fraudulent digital asset offerings
- Coercive or deceptive payment requests
6. Advertising & Promotional Fraud
Advertisers and promoters must not:

- Conceal material terms, risks, or conditions
- Target users with deceptive financial messaging
7. Social Engineering & Psychological Manipulation
Friendium prohibits manipulation tactics such as:
- Creating artificial urgency or fear
- Exploiting grief, loneliness, or trust
- Pretending to offer help, employment, or protection
- Leveraging authority impersonation (banks, police, support)
8. Coordinated Fraud & Organized Abuse
Coordinated or network-based fraud operations are strictly forbidden. This includes:
- Fraud rings operating across multiple accounts
- Use of bots or fake identities to amplify scams
- Cross-platform fraud coordination
- Commercial scam operations disguised as communities
9. Reporting Fraud & Financial Abuse
Users are encouraged to report suspected fraud using Friendium’s reporting tools. Reports may include evidence such as messages, listings, payment requests, or advertisements.
10. Investigation & Enforcement
Friendium may take the following actions upon detecting fraud:
- Immediate content removal
- Account restriction or suspension
- Permanent account termination
- Removal of monetization or business privileges
- Referral to law enforcement where legally required
11. Cooperation with Authorities
Friendium and Nexa-Group cooperate with lawful requests from regulatory authorities and law enforcement, subject to applicable privacy laws and due process requirements.
12. User Responsibility & Risk Awareness
Users are responsible for exercising caution in financial interactions. Friendium does not guarantee transactions between users and is not a party to private financial agreements.
13. Platform Liability Disclaimer
Friendium and Nexa-Group are not liable for financial losses resulting from user-to-user transactions or external payment arrangements. The platform provides tools and enforcement but cannot eliminate all risk.
14. Policy Enforcement Philosophy
Friendium applies a zero-tolerance approach to fraud and financial abuse, prioritizing user safety, trust, and legal compliance.
15. Policy Updates
