This Intellectual Property & Copyright Policy explains how Friendium, operated by Nexa-Group, protects intellectual property rights, responds to infringement claims, and governs ownership and permitted use of content on the Friendium platform.
1. Purpose & Scope
Friendium is a social networking platform that enables users to create, share, and interact with content. This policy establishes clear rules regarding ownership, licensing, enforcement, and protection of intellectual property (“IP”) to safeguard creators, rights holders, users, and Nexa-Group.
2. Ownership of Platform IP
All intellectual property associated with Friendium, including but not limited to software, source code, user interfaces, designs, logos, trademarks, trade names, databases, and documentation, is owned by or licensed to Nexa-Group. No rights are granted except as explicitly stated.
3. User-Generated Content Ownership

4. License Granted to Friendium
By uploading content to Friendium, users grant Friendium and Nexa-Group a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, distribute, display, perform, adapt, and modify such content solely for the purposes of operating, improving, securing, and promoting the Friendium platform.
5. Moral Rights & Attribution
Where permitted by law, users waive any moral rights claims against Friendium for technical modifications such as resizing, formatting, or compression. Friendium does not claim authorship of user content.
6. Prohibited Infringing Content
Users may not upload, share, or distribute content that:
- Infringes copyrights, trademarks, patents, or trade secrets.

7. Trademarks & Brand Usage

11. Automated Detection & Enforcement

14. Liability Disclaimer
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nexa-Group disclaims liability for infringing content uploaded by users, provided it acts expeditiously upon receiving valid notice.
15. Policy Updates
Friendium may update this policy to reflect legal, regulatory, or operational changes. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
