Creator Safety & Anti-Harassment Policy

1. Purpose & Safety Commitment

ReelCiety is a creator-first visual platform where individuals and organizations share content, build audiences, and monetize creative work. Creator safety is a foundational requirement for platform sustainability, advertiser trust, and legal compliance. Nexa-Group therefore mandates robust anti-harassment protections, proactive enforcement, and rapid escalation pathways.

This policy applies to all creators regardless of follower count, monetization status, or public profile, and extends to interactions occurring through posts, comments, direct messages, live features, collaborations, and off-platform coordination that targets ReelCiety users.

2. Scope of Protection

This policy protects creators from:

• Targeted harassment and abuse
• Hate-based attacks and slurs
• Sexual harassment and coercion
• Threats of violence or intimidation
• Doxxing and privacy violations
• Coordinated harassment campaigns
• Revenge reporting and brigading
• Stalking and persistent unwanted contact
• Exploitation tied to monetization or sponsorships

3. Definitions of Harassment

Harassment includes any behavior intended to degrade, silence, intimidate, or psychologically harm a creator. This includes but is not limited to:

• Repeated abusive comments or messages
• Sexualized remarks, threats, or advances
• Mocking of appearance, disability, or identity
• Incitement of others to attack or report a creator
• Manipulated media used to shame or threaten

4. Zero-Tolerance Categories

The following behaviors result in immediate enforcement actions, up to and including permanent account removal:

• Threats of physical harm or death
• Sexual threats or coercion
• Harassment targeting protected characteristics
• Doxxing or attempts to expose private information
• Harassment of minors or vulnerable individuals

5. Creator-Specific Safety Risks

ReelCiety recognizes that creators face unique risks, including:

• Visibility-driven abuse due to reach or virality
• Harassment tied to monetization success
• Brand pressure or coercive sponsorship demands
• Audience manipulation or impersonation
• Off-platform harassment coordinated through other services

6. Platform Safety Tools for Creators

ReelCiety provides creators with advanced safety controls, including:

• Comment filtering and keyword blocking
• Follower-only or verified-only interactions
• Message request controls and DM restrictions
• Account blocking and muting
• Bulk moderation and abuse reporting tools

7. Reporting & Escalation

Creators may report harassment through in-app reporting tools or dedicated creator safety channels. Reports are prioritized based on severity, threat level, and vulnerability indicators.

Emergency or credible threat cases are escalated to Nexa-Group’s Safety Operations and may be referred to law enforcement where legally required.

8. Coordinated Harassment & Brigading

Coordinated abuse campaigns—where multiple accounts target a creator simultaneously—are treated as severe violations. ReelCiety uses behavioral analysis, network detection, and human review to:

• Identify brigading patterns
• Disable abusive clusters
• Reverse malicious reporting outcomes
• Apply platform-wide enforcement actions

9. Monetization-Related Harassment

Harassment tied to monetization, including extortion, payment pressure, or threats related to sponsorships or tips, is prohibited. Violators may face:

• Immediate loss of monetization access
• Account suspension or termination
• Referral to financial fraud or cybercrime units

10. Protection of Creator Identity

Impersonation of creators, misuse of likeness, or creation of fake accounts intended to harass or defame is strictly prohibited. ReelCiety reserves the right to verify identity, remove impersonating content, and pursue legal remedies.

11. Enforcement Actions

Depending on severity and recurrence, enforcement may include:

• Content removal
• Account warnings or restrictions
• Visibility reduction
• Permanent account bans
• Monetization forfeiture
• Legal escalation

12. Appeals Process

Creators subject to enforcement actions may appeal through the designated appeals system. Appeals are reviewed by trained moderation specialists independent of the initial decision.

13. Corporate Risk & Legal Safeguards

This policy is designed to protect Nexa-Group and ReelCiety from legal exposure arising from harassment, negligence claims, or unsafe platform practices. Enforcement decisions are documented and auditable to meet regulatory and litigation requirements.

14. Policy Updates

ReelCiety may update this policy to address emerging abuse patterns, legal requirements, or operational needs. Continued platform use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
