This Law Enforcement Request Guide explains how ReelCiety, operated by Nexa-Group, evaluates, processes, and responds to requests from law enforcement, courts, regulators, and government authorities worldwide.
1. Purpose & Scope
ReelCiety is committed to protecting user privacy while complying with valid legal obligations. This Guide is intended for law enforcement, prosecutors, courts, regulators, and authorized government entities seeking information related to ReelCiety accounts or content.
It does not apply to private individuals or civil litigants. All requests must follow formal legal processes.

5. Preservation Requests
