1. Purpose of Explore
Explore helps users discover new content, creators, and communities outside their immediate network. It highlights high-quality, timely, and relevant posts that match a user’s interests.
2. Ranking Factors
- Engagement quality (not volume)
- Content relevance to user interests
- Post freshness and activity patterns
- Account authenticity and trust signals
- Safety and policy compliance
3. Personalization Rules
Personalization is based on:
- Accounts you follow
- Posts you engage with
- Content you mute or hide
- Interests inferred from browsing patterns
Vibble does not use sensitive personal attributes for personalization.
4. Safety Filters
- Removal of hate speech, harassment, sexual exploitation, or violence
- Downranking borderline or policy-limited posts
- Exclusion of accounts with repeated policy violations
5. Sensitive or High-Risk Topics
Explore may restrict exposure to topics such as:
- Elections & political narratives
- Crisis events
- Graphic or adult content
- Self-harm or dangerous advice
6. Manipulation Prevention
- Anti-bot engagement scoring
- Detection of manipulated virality
- Exclusion of posts tied to coordinated campaigns
7. User Controls
- Hide topics
- Mute creators or keywords
- Turn off personalization
