Safety & Enforcement Center

The Vexor Safety & Enforcement Center provides transparency into how we protect our community, enforce platform rules, and ensure a safe, inclusive, and trustworthy environment. Vexor uses a combination of AI systems, human moderation, operational safeguards, and global compliance processes to maintain platform integrity.

1. Introduction

Safety is a foundational principle at Vexor. As a platform operated by Nexa Group, we employ advanced technologies, specialized moderation teams, and strict compliance frameworks to detect harmful activity, enforce our Community Guidelines, and protect minors and vulnerable groups.

This Safety & Enforcement Center outlines our moderation philosophy, enforcement actions, escalation processes, and user rights.

2. Our Moderation Framework

Vexor uses a multi-layered approach combining:

  • AI Safety Systems – automated detection of harmful content (nudity, violence, hate speech, misinformation, spam, self-harm indicators).
  • Human Moderation Teams – trained specialists reviewing escalated content, appeals, legal requests, and sensitive cases.
  • Community Reporting Tools – users can report content or accounts violating policies.
  • Safety Scoring & Risk Models – systems that detect abnormal patterns, inauthentic behavior, and coordinated manipulation.
  • Partnerships with Safety Organizations – child-safety agencies, CSAM protection networks, fact-checkers, and law enforcement (where required by law).

3. Priority Areas of Enforcement

Vexor enforces stricter protection rules in the following high-risk categories:

  • Child Safety — absolute zero tolerance. Automatic removal, account bans, and mandatory reporting to relevant authorities.
  • Violence & Threats — immediate action for credible threats, violent acts, or glorification of harm.
  • Sexual Content — removal of explicit or pornographic content; severe penalties for exploitation or grooming.
  • Hate Speech & Harassment — strong enforcement to protect individuals and groups based on protected characteristics.
  • Misinformation & Harmful Content — especially regarding health, safety, elections, and public harm.
  • Terrorism & Extremism — prohibited; content is reported to global counterterrorism networks where required.
  • Illegal Activities — includes fraud, drugs, weapons trading, exploitation, scams, and criminal facilitation.

4. Enforcement Actions

Enforcement depends on the severity, context, user history, and potential harm. Actions may include:

  • Content Removal – violating videos, comments, or messages are removed.
  • Feature Restrictions – temporary limits on posting, messaging, commenting, or live streaming.
  • Visibility Reduction (Shadow Limiting) – content may be restricted in feeds or search results.
  • Account Warnings – users are informed of violations and required to acknowledge them.
  • Temporary Suspension – accounts lose full access for a defined period.
  • Permanent Ban – severe or repeated violations lead to account termination.
  • IP / Device Restrictions – applied to persistent bad actors.
  • Mandatory Reporting – certain violations (child safety, credible threats, terrorism) are escalated to law enforcement.

5. Repeat Offender Enforcement Model

Vexor uses a structured escalation model:

  • Stage 1: Warning & education
  • Stage 2: Limited account features
  • Stage 3: Temporary suspension
  • Stage 4: Permanent account ban
  • Stage 5: Device / network lockout in extreme cases

Severe violations may skip directly to Stage 4 or 5.

6. Child Safety & Mandatory Reporting

Under global laws and safety frameworks (NCMEC, INHOPE, EU CSAM standards), Vexor:

  • Immediately removes any child sexual abuse content
  • Terminates accounts involved in exploitation
  • Reports verified cases to appropriate international authorities
  • Uses automated detection systems to identify grooming attempts
  • Prioritizes all reports involving minors

7. Integrity & Anti-Abuse Systems

Vexor continuously monitors for:

  • Spam and mass automated behavior
  • Bot networks and inauthentic engagement
  • Artificial manipulation of trending topics
  • Fraudulent monetization activity
  • Coordinated inauthentic influence operations (CII)

8. User Reporting & Safety Tools

Users can report content, messages, or accounts for:

  • Harassment or bullying
  • Child safety concerns
  • Hate speech
  • Violence, terrorism, or extremism
  • Spam or scams
  • Copyright violations
  • Impersonation

Reports are prioritized by severity, with child-safety and imminent harm reviewed first.

9. Appeals & Human Review

If a user believes an enforcement action was taken in error, they may submit an appeal. Appeals are reviewed by trained human moderation staff, not automated systems.
