These Guidelines apply to all content, interactions, and activities on Vexor across mobile applications, websites, and integrated services. Violations may result in content removal, feature restrictions, account suspension, or permanent termination depending on severity and risk.

2. Safety, Respect & Civil Conduct

Users must engage respectfully and avoid behavior that harms, intimidates, or degrades others. Prohibited actions include:

• Harassment, targeted bullying, coordinated attacks, and persistent unwanted contact
• Hate speech or demeaning content targeting protected characteristics
• Threats of violence, intimidation, extortion, or blackmail
• Sharing or threatening to share personal information (doxxing)
• Inciting others to harass, report, or target individuals or groups

3. Violence, Threats & Harmful Behavior

Vexor strictly prohibits content that promotes or glorifies violence, including:

• Graphic depictions of injury, death, or violent acts
• Encouragement of self-harm, suicide, or dangerous challenges
• Terrorism, extremism, radicalization content, or recruitment efforts
• Use of weapons in threatening or unsafe contexts
• Depictions intended to shock, disturb, or traumatize viewers

Content involving credible threats may be escalated to law enforcement.

4. Sexual Content & Protection of Minors

Nexa Group maintains a zero-tolerance policy for child exploitation. Absolutely prohibited:

• Sexual content involving minors (automatic permanent ban + legal referral)
• Nudity, explicit sexual acts, pornography, or fetish content
• Sexualized commentary, imagery, or depictions of minors
• Grooming, solicitation, or attempts to contact minors for sexual purposes

Mature content from adults is permitted only when compliant with regional laws and platform rules and cannot involve minors directly or indirectly.

5. Illegal & Regulated Activities

Users may not promote, depict, or facilitate illegal or harmful activities, including:

• Drug use, possession, or distribution
• Fraud, identity theft, hacking, or distribution of malware
• Sale or trade of weapons, counterfeit goods, or stolen property
• Human trafficking, exploitation, or organized criminal activity
• Money laundering, financial manipulation, or scams

6. Intellectual Property Protection

Users must upload only content they own or are authorized to use. Violations include:

• Posting copyrighted music, video, or images without rights
• Uploading reposted content without permission
• Impersonating brands, creators, or public figures
• Using trademarks or logos without authorization

DMCA and international copyright laws apply. Repeated infringement may result in permanent account removal.

7. Misinformation & Harmful Claims

Vexor may remove or reduce visibility of content that presents risks to public safety, including:

• False medical or health claims
• Promotion of conspiracy theories encouraging harmful actions
• Deceptive or manipulated media intended to mislead
• Misinformation during crises or emergencies

8. Spam, Deception & Platform Manipulation

Actions that undermine platform integrity are prohibited:

• Buying/selling followers, likes, or engagement
• Using bots or automation for posting, messaging, or engagement
• Mass messaging, unsolicited advertising, or phishing attempts
• Artificially inflating content rankings or abusing recommendation systems

9. Creator Responsibilities

Creators must adhere to higher standards due to influence and visibility. Requirements include:

• Producing original and authentic content
• Complying with monetization and advertising rules
• Accurately disclosing sponsored content or paid partnerships
• Following tax and regulatory obligations in their region

10. Reporting, Detection & Enforcement

Vexor uses automated systems, AI detection, and human moderation to enforce community standards. Action may include:

• Content removal
• Feature restrictions or reduced visibility (shadow limits)
• Temporary or permanent account bans
• Escalation of illegal content to law enforcement
• Evidence preservation for legal proceedings

11. Appeals Process

Users who believe enforcement actions were made in error may request a manual review. Appeals are evaluated by trained reviewers and decisions are final unless new evidence is presented.

12. Updates to the Guidelines

Nexa Group may revise these Guidelines to reflect new safety measures, legal changes, or platform developments. Continued use of Vexor constitutes acceptance of updated rules.
