Warning, Suspension & Ban Policy

1. Purpose & Rationale

Friendium’s warning, suspension, and ban system exists to protect users, preserve platform integrity, reduce real-world harm, and meet regulatory expectations. As a real-identity network, enforcement actions carry heightened responsibility and must balance fairness with decisive risk mitigation.

2. Enforcement Spectrum Overview

Friendium applies enforcement across a spectrum, ranging from non-punitive warnings to irreversible account termination. The severity of action depends on risk, intent, impact, and recurrence.

3. Warnings

3.1 Purpose of Warnings

Warnings are intended to inform users of policy violations, correct behavior, and prevent escalation. They do not remove access to the platform but may be accompanied by content removal or limited features.

3.2 Types of Warnings

• Educational policy notices
• Behavioral correction warnings
• Formal account warnings recorded internally

3.3 Warning Accumulation

Repeated warnings may trigger escalated enforcement even if individual violations are minor when viewed in isolation.

4. Temporary Suspensions

4.1 Purpose

Suspensions temporarily restrict account access to prevent ongoing harm, de-escalate conflict, or allow for further investigation.

4.2 Suspension Durations

• Short-term suspensions (hours to days)
• Medium-term suspensions (weeks)
• Extended suspensions pending review

5. Permanent Bans

5.1 Grounds for Permanent Bans

Permanent bans may be imposed for severe or repeated violations, including but not limited to:

• Violence, threats, or extremism
• Child exploitation or abuse
• Severe harassment or stalking
• Fraud, impersonation, or identity abuse
• Systematic misinformation causing harm
• Repeated disregard for platform rules

5.2 Ban Scope

Bans may apply to:

• Specific accounts
• Associated accounts
• Devices or networks where legally permitted
• Future account creation attempts

6. Immediate Enforcement Without Warning

Friendium may bypass warnings or suspensions and impose immediate bans when credible risk to safety, legality, or platform integrity exists.

7. Identity-Based Considerations

As a real-identity platform, enforcement decisions consider:

• Potential reputational harm
• Risk of offline harassment or violence
• Use of real-world identifiers
• Misuse of identity trust

8. Appeals & Reconsideration

Some warnings, suspensions, and bans may be appealed. Appeals are reviewed independently, but reversal is not guaranteed.

Abuse of the appeals system may result in denial of future appeals.

9. No Circumvention Policy

Attempts to evade enforcement through alternate accounts, identity manipulation, or technical means may result in permanent removal and expanded restrictions.

10. Legal & Regulatory Compliance

Friendium may suspend or ban accounts to comply with court orders, government directives, sanctions regimes, or regulatory requirements.

11. Enforcement Recordkeeping

Enforcement actions are logged and retained for safety analysis, compliance auditing, and legal defense, subject to data protection laws.

12. No Right to Service

Access to Friendium is a privilege, not a right. Friendium reserves the right to deny or revoke access at its discretion to protect users, the platform, and Nexa-Group.

13. Policy Evolution

This policy may be updated as risks evolve, laws change, or new abuse patterns emerge. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
