3. Advertiser Eligibility

To advertise on ReelCiety, advertisers must:

• Maintain an active ReelCiety business account
• Provide accurate business and contact information
• Comply with identity verification requirements when requested
• Agree to all applicable ReelCiety and Nexa-Group policies
• Operate in good standing without repeated policy violations

ReelCiety reserves the right to deny or revoke advertising access at its sole discretion.

4. Prohibited Advertising Content

The following categories are strictly prohibited from advertising on ReelCiety:

• Illegal products, services, or activities
• Drugs, controlled substances, or drug paraphernalia
• Weapons, explosives, or weapon accessories
• Fraud, scams, or deceptive financial schemes
• Counterfeit goods or intellectual property infringement
• Adult sexual services or explicit sexual content
• Sexual content involving or targeting minors
• Extremist ideology, terrorism, or hate organizations
• Medical misinformation or unverified health claims
• Political manipulation or voter suppression

5. Restricted Advertising Categories

Certain categories may be permitted only with prior approval and additional safeguards:

• Alcohol (subject to age and regional restrictions)

• Use required “Sponsored”, “Paid Partnership”, or equivalent labels
• Disclose material connections between brands and creators
• Avoid misleading presentation as organic or user-generated content

8. Creative Standards & User Experience

Ads must meet quality and experience standards, including:

• No excessive flashing or disruptive visuals
• No deceptive call-to-action buttons
• No malware, forced redirects, or hidden downloads
• No impersonation of ReelCiety or Nexa-Group branding

9. Review, Approval & Enforcement

All advertisements are subject to automated and human review. ReelCiety may:

• Reject ads before publication
• Pause or remove ads after publication
• Restrict or suspend advertiser accounts
• Withhold or refund ad spend when required by law

10. Violations & Consequences

Violations of this policy may result in:

• Ad rejection or removal
• Loss of advertising privileges
• Account suspension or termination
• Legal action or regulatory reporting where required

11. Regulatory Compliance

Advertisers are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, including consumer protection, advertising standards, data protection, and sector-specific regulations.
