Friendium Pages & Public Figure Guidelines

This Pages & Public Figure Guidelines document governs the creation, operation, verification expectations, content standards, and enforcement rules applicable to Pages on Friendium. Pages are designed for public communication, organizational presence, and public-interest discourse, and are subject to heightened integrity, transparency, and accountability requirements.

1. Purpose and Applicability

Friendium Pages provide a structured way for public figures, organizations, businesses, institutions, and community initiatives to communicate with the public in a real-identity environment. These guidelines apply to all Pages regardless of size, reach, or category.

Pages exist within Friendium’s broader governance framework and remain fully subject to the Terms of Service, Community Standards, Content Policies, and all applicable laws.

2. Definition of Pages and Public Figures

A Page is a non-personal presence representing a public-facing entity or role. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Businesses and commercial brands
  • Public figures and professionals
  • Artists, creators, and media outlets
  • Non-profits, NGOs, and community organizations
  • Educational, religious, or civic institutions

Pages are distinct from personal profiles and may not be used to impersonate private individuals or misrepresent identity or authority.

3. Eligibility and Authority to Create Pages

Only users with valid, real-identity accounts in good standing may create or administer Pages. Page creators must have legitimate authority to represent the entity or role displayed.

  • False representation is strictly prohibited
  • Pages must accurately describe their purpose

  • No deceptive branding or identity cues
  • No misleading affiliations or endorsements
  • Clear disclosure of commercial intent where applicable

5. Public Figures and Heightened Responsibility

Pages representing public figures or individuals with significant reach carry increased responsibility due to their influence. Friendium may apply enhanced scrutiny to content that could impact public safety, elections, health, or civil discourse.

This includes content related to politics, crises, public health, or financial advice.

Pages engaging in advertising, sponsorships, or monetization must comply with Friendium’s advertising and payments policies. All paid or promotional content must be clearly disclosed.

  • No undisclosed paid promotions
  • No deceptive lead generation practices
  • No prohibited financial schemes

8. Page Administration and Delegation

Page owners may assign administrators or editors, but remain responsible for all activity conducted on the Page.

  • Admin roles must be assigned responsibly
  • Abuse of admin privileges is prohibited
  • Compromised admin access must be reported immediately

9. Impersonation and Misrepresentation

Pages may not impersonate individuals, organizations, or institutions, nor falsely claim official or verified status.

Friendium may remove Pages that create a likelihood of confusion, even absent malicious intent.

10. Platform Oversight and Enforcement

Friendium and Nexa-Group reserve the right to review, restrict, or remove Pages that violate policy or pose integrity risks.

  • Content removal or visibility reduction
  • Temporary or permanent Page suspension

13. Termination and Deactivation

Friendium may deactivate or permanently remove Pages that repeatedly violate policy, engage in systemic abuse, or present ongoing risk to users or the platform.
