Securely regaining access to your ReelCiety account
ReelCiety provides a secure password recovery process to help users regain access to their accounts if they forget their password or believe their credentials may no longer be secure. This process is designed to protect user accounts while preventing unauthorized access.
Password recovery is handled through automated, security-controlled mechanisms. For safety reasons, password resets cannot be performed manually by support staff.
When to Use Password Recovery
You should use the password recovery process if:
- You have forgotten your password
- You cannot log in with your existing credentials
- You suspect your password may have been compromised
How to Start Password Recovery
To begin the password recovery process:
- Go to the ReelCiety sign-in page
- Click “Forgot your password?”
- Enter the email address associated with your account
- Submit the request
If an account exists for the provided email address, a password reset message will be sent with further instructions.
Password Reset Process
The password reset email contains a secure, time-limited link that allows you to create a new password. For security reasons:
- Reset links expire after a limited period
- Each link can only be used once
- Links should not be shared with anyone
After selecting a new password and confirming the change, your account password will be updated.
What Happens After a Password Reset
For your protection, resetting your password may:
- Invalidate existing login sessions
- Require you to sign in again on your devices
- Trigger additional security checks
These measures help prevent unauthorized access if your credentials were previously exposed.
If You Do Not Receive the Reset Email
If you do not receive a password reset email:
- Check your spam or junk mail folder
- Ensure the email address entered is correct
- Wait a short period before trying again
For security reasons, ReelCiety does not confirm whether a specific email address is registered on the platform.

- ReelCiety will never ask for your password via email or messages
- Support staff cannot reset passwords on your behalf
- Always choose a strong, unique password
