Verified Individuals Program (Blue Badge)

This policy sets out the eligibility criteria, application process, rights, and responsibilities for individual accounts receiving the blue verification badge on Vibble.

1. Purpose of the Blue Badge

The blue verification badge on Vibble indicates that an individual account has been confirmed as authentic, notable, and at heightened risk of impersonation. Verification does not imply endorsement by Vibble or Nexa Group, nor does it guarantee any specific level of reach or algorithmic preference. It is a trust and authenticity signal to help users identify real individuals in public conversations.

2. Eligibility Criteria

To qualify for the Verified Individuals Program, an account must meet all of the following baseline requirements:

  • Be registered to a real human individual, not a brand, company, or anonymous group.
  • Have a completed profile (display name, profile photo, bio).
  • Have a confirmed email address and, where applicable, a confirmed phone number.
  • Be in good standing with no recent severe violations of Vibble’s policies.

In addition, the account must demonstrate at least one of the following:

  • Recognized public figure (artist, creator, journalist, athlete, etc.).
  • Substantial audience and impact on-platform (follower and engagement thresholds).
  • Notable presence off-platform (press coverage, official website, verified presence elsewhere).
  • Heightened risk of impersonation (frequent impersonation or misuse of identity).

3. Application & Verification Process

Eligible users may apply for verification through the in-app verification form or via a dedicated support channel where available. During the application process, Vibble may request:

  • Government-issued ID (passport, national ID, driver’s license) to verify identity.
  • Additional evidence of notability (official websites, press links, professional profiles).
  • Proof of control over associated domains or social media accounts.

Submissions are reviewed by Vibble’s Verification Team. Vibble may approve, deny, or request additional information at its sole discretion.

4. Ongoing Requirements & Account Conduct

Verified individuals must continue to follow all Vibble policies, including the Community Guidelines, Safety rules, and Legal policies. Verified status can be impacted if:

  • The account engages in hate, harassment, or coordinated abuse.
  • The profile is substantially altered to mislead about identity or affiliation.
  • The account becomes inactive for extended periods.
  • Login, security, or ownership disputes arise.

5. What Verification Does Not Provide

  • No guarantee of higher ranking or distribution in feeds.
  • No immunity from enforcement actions or bans.
  • No editorial partnership or sponsorship from Vibble.
  • No legal or professional endorsement of content.

6. Misrepresentation & Abuse of Verified Status

Verified users may not use the blue badge to mislead, defraud, or manipulate others. Prohibited behaviors include:

  • Claiming to be an official representative of an entity that has not authorized you.
  • Selling, renting, or transferring verified accounts.
  • Promoting scams, fraud, or misleading financial schemes.
  • Using the badge to harass, threaten, or intimidate users.

Violations may result in badge removal, account restrictions, or permanent suspension under the Badge Removal & Misuse Penalties policy.

7. Denials, Re-Applications & Appeals

Vibble may deny verification requests where criteria are not met or information cannot be sufficiently confirmed. In these cases:

  • Applicants may re-apply after a cooldown period (e.g., 60–90 days) or when circumstances change.
  • In some cases, a limited appeal process may be available for clear errors or misclassification.
