Brand Usage & Licensing Policy
This policy governs how Vibble’s trademarks, logos, UI assets, and brand elements may be used by creators, partners, media, and third parties.
1. Vibble Brand Ownership
The Vibble name, logos, marks, icons, typography, interface elements, and associated design are intellectual property of Nexa Group. Unauthorized or misleading use of these assets is prohibited.
2. Permitted Descriptive Use
You may use the word “Vibble” descriptively (e.g., “Follow me on Vibble”) in non-misleading ways, provided you do not:
- Imply sponsorship, endorsement, or partnership where none exists
- Use Vibble as part of your company name, product name, or domain without permission
- Modify or stylize Vibble’s wordmarks and logos in a confusing manner
3. Logo Usage
Use of official Vibble logos is restricted. Unless you have written permission, you may only use Vibble badges or icons as part of embed tools or official assets provided by Vibble (e.g., “Share to Vibble” buttons).
When logo usage is granted, you must:
- Use only the approved logo files from Vibble’s Brand Asset Library
- Maintain proper clear space and minimum size for legibility
- Not recolor, distort, or overlay unapproved effects on the logo
4. Embeds & UI Elements
Vibble may provide embeddable timelines, post widgets, or official buttons. These must be used as provided, without altering:
- Core functionality or attribution
- Security-related aspects (e.g., removing links to reporting or follow actions)
- Visibility of the Vibble brand where required
5. Prohibited Uses
You may not:
- Use Vibble marks in a way that suggests official partnership without written approval
- Create merchandise using Vibble logos or brand elements without a license
- Register domain names or social handles that include “Vibble” or confusing variants
- Use the brand in association with illegal, hateful, or deceptive activities
6. Co-Branding & Partnerships
Approved partners may co-brand events, campaigns, or materials with Vibble. All such usage requires:
- Written approval from Vibble’s Brand Team
- Adherence to brand guidelines (colors, spacing, hierarchy)
- Review of final assets prior to launch where feasible
Co-branded executions must not overshadow or dilute the Vibble identity or misrepresent the nature of the collaboration.
7. Media & Press Usage
Journalists and media outlets may use Vibble’s name and certain press-approved assets for news reporting and editorial purposes, provided:
- Usage is truthful and non-misleading
- Logos are used from official press kits where possible
- Content does not imply sponsorship of the outlet by Vibble
8. Licensing Requests
For use in advertising, merchandise, commercial products, or campaigns, you must obtain a separate written license from Vibble.
