Vibble Monetization Terms

These Monetization Terms are a binding agreement between you (“Creator”, “Publisher”, or “You”) and Vibble (operated by Nexa Group) governing all paid programs, earnings, payouts, and revenue-related features on the platform.

1. Contractual Relationship

By enabling any monetization feature on Vibble — including ad revenue sharing, subscriptions, tips, or sponsorship tools — you agree to these Monetization Terms in addition to:

  • Vibble Terms of Service
  • Vibble Privacy Policy
  • Vibble Community Guidelines
  • Vibble Monetization Policy
  • Ads & Sponsorship Policy (where applicable)

In case of conflict, specific program terms or these Monetization Terms will prevail with respect to monetization activity.

2. No Employment Relationship

Your participation in Vibble monetization programs does not create an employment, agency, or joint venture relationship with Vibble or Nexa Group. You act as an independent creator or publisher and are solely responsible for your business activities, taxes, and compliance with local law.

3. Eligibility & Onboarding

Before you can receive payouts, Vibble may require you to:

  • Submit identity documentation (KYC / KYB)
  • Provide accurate legal name, address, and country of residence
  • Accept additional local or regional monetization terms where required
  • Link a valid payout instrument (bank account, payment processor, etc.)

Vibble may approve or reject applications at its discretion and may periodically re-verify your eligibility.

4. Earnings Calculation

Monetization earnings are calculated according to internal metrics, commercial agreements, advertiser demand, and the specific monetization product. Without limiting the generality of the above:

  • Ad revenue share is based on eligible impressions, ad formats, and demand in your audience segments.
  • Subscription earnings are based on net amounts actually received after platform and payment fees.
  • Tips/donations are net of applicable fees, taxes, and chargebacks.
  • All calculations may be rounded and reported in a base settlement currency chosen by Vibble.

Vibble may update calculation methods from time to time. Where required by law, material changes will be communicated in advance.

5. Fees, Deductions & Adjustments

Vibble and its payment partners may deduct:

  • Platform fees or revenue shares for hosting, distribution, and service provision
  • Payment processing fees, currency conversion charges, and banking costs
  • Applicable taxes, withholding, or reporting-based adjustments
  • Reversals tied to chargebacks, proven fraud, or refunds

6. Payouts

Payouts are typically processed on a recurring schedule (e.g., monthly), subject to:

  • Minimum payout thresholds (per currency and method)
  • Completion of verification requirements
  • Absence of active fraud or abuse investigations
  • Compliance with sanctions, AML, and export control regulations

Vibble is not responsible for delays caused by external payment processors, banks, or compliance checks.

7. Taxes

You acknowledge and agree that you are responsible for all taxes associated with amounts earned through Vibble. Where required, Vibble may:

  • Collect tax forms or residency declarations (e.g., W-8, W-9, EU VAT data)
  • Report earnings to relevant tax authorities
  • Withhold amounts as required by law

8. Compliance & Prohibited Uses

You may not use monetization features for any illegal or prohibited purposes, including:

  • Money laundering, terrorist financing, or sanctions evasion
  • Sale or promotion of illegal goods or services
  • Funding harassment, hate, or extremist organizations
  • Structuring transactions to intentionally avoid monitoring or thresholds

Vibble may share information with payment providers or law enforcement where legally required.

9. Content Ownership & Licenses

You retain ownership of your content, subject to the licenses granted under the core Vibble Terms of Service. To facilitate monetization, you grant Vibble:

  • A worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your monetized content;
  • The right to show ads around, within, or adjacent to your content;
  • The right to use your public name, handle, and avatar in promotional materials related to monetization.

10. Termination, Suspension & Forfeiture

Vibble may suspend or terminate your monetization access if:

  • You violate these Monetization Terms, the Community Guidelines, or other core policies
  • Your account is suspected or confirmed to be engaged in fraud or illegal activity
  • You fail required verification or are subject to sanctions or legal restrictions

In severe cases (e.g., fraud, child safety violations, or terrorist content), unpaid earnings may be held, reversed, or forfeited to the extent permitted by applicable law.

11. Audits & Reviews

Vibble may review or audit your monetized activity to verify compliance. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information during reviews
  • Cooperate with reasonable requests for clarification or documentation
  • Cease questionable activity while an investigation is ongoing

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vibble and Nexa Group are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, related to your participation in monetization programs. Any direct liability, where not excluded, is limited to the amount of monetization revenue actually paid to you in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

13. Dispute Resolution

Disputes relating to these Monetization Terms shall be handled under the same governing law and jurisdiction specified in the Vibble Terms of Service, unless overriding local law requires otherwise.

14. Contact & Support

Monetization Support: monetize@vibble.org
Creator Support: creators@vibble.org

15. Changes to These Terms

Vibble may modify these Monetization Terms at any time. Where required by law or in case of material changes, Vibble will provide notice via the platform or email. Your continued use of monetization features after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
