These Brand Safety Standards define how ReelCiety protects advertisers, brands, users, and Nexa-Group from reputational harm, unsafe associations, misleading placements, and harmful content adjacency.

These standards apply to all advertising placements, sponsored content, creator partnerships, brand accounts, and monetized distribution across ReelCiety.

  • Protection from harmful or illegal content adjacency
  • Transparency in ad placement and content labeling
  • Prevention of misinformation, extremism, and exploitation

3. Unsafe Content Categories

Brand placements will not appear adjacent to, within, or in connection with content involving:

  • Violence, terrorism, or extremist ideology
  • Hate speech or harassment targeting protected groups
  • Sexual exploitation or abuse, including CSAM
  • Graphic injury, death, or excessive gore
  • Illegal drugs, weapons, or criminal activity
  • Fraud, scams, or deceptive financial schemes

ReelCiety uses contextual analysis to evaluate the surrounding environment where ads or branded content appear. This includes:

  • User engagement signals and report history

Placement decisions may be adjusted dynamically to maintain brand safety.

5. Creator Eligibility & Monetization Controls

Creators must meet brand safety eligibility requirements to receive advertising or partnership placements. Factors include:

  • Consistent compliance with Community Guidelines
  • No recent severe or repeated policy violations
