1. Purpose & Scope

ReelCiety enables users to voluntarily support creators through tips, virtual gifts, and other non-subscription-based digital contributions. These features are intended to reward creativity, encourage community engagement, and provide creators with flexible monetization options.

This policy applies to all forms of one-time or recurring digital support that are not classified as paid subscriptions, including live-stream gifts, post-based tips, profile support buttons, and future monetization tools introduced by ReelCiety.

2. Voluntary Nature of Digital Support

All tips and gifts on ReelCiety are strictly voluntary. Users must never be pressured, coerced, manipulated, or misled into providing financial support.

• No content may be withheld in exchange for tips unless clearly disclosed
• No emotional manipulation, guilt-based tactics, or deceptive messaging
• No implication that tipping grants special influence or personal access

3. Eligibility to Receive Tips & Gifts

To receive tips or gifts, creators must:

• Meet minimum age and identity verification requirements
• Maintain an account in good standing
• Comply with all monetization, safety, and content policies
• Complete required payout and tax verification processes

4. Digital Gifts & Virtual Items

Digital gifts may include virtual items, badges, animations, or other non-transferable digital representations of support. These items:

• Have no real-world monetary value outside ReelCiety
• Are non-refundable except where required by law
• Cannot be exchanged for cash by users
• May be modified or retired by ReelCiety at any time

5. Pricing, Currency & Transparency

All pricing for tips, gifts, or digital items must be clearly displayed prior to purchase. ReelCiety may:

• Offer regional pricing adjustments
• Use virtual currencies or credits
• Apply taxes or platform fees as required

Nexa-Group reserves the right to adjust pricing models to maintain compliance, prevent abuse, or reflect market conditions.

6. Platform Fees & Revenue Share

ReelCiety retains a service fee from tips and gifts to cover payment processing, fraud prevention, moderation, and infrastructure costs. Revenue shares may vary based on:

• Creator status or program participation
• Geographic region
• Payment method or currency

7. Prohibited Use & Exploitation Prevention

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited:

• Soliciting tips from minors or vulnerable individuals
• Using tips to bypass moderation or enforcement
• Offering illegal, harmful, or explicit content in exchange for gifts
• Running raffles, lotteries, or gambling schemes
• Using third-party payment methods to circumvent fees

8. Child Safety & Age Restrictions

Minors may be restricted or prohibited from sending or receiving tips or gifts depending on jurisdiction. ReelCiety applies enhanced safeguards to:

• Prevent financial exploitation of minors
• Limit spending behavior
• Detect grooming or coercive patterns

9. Fraud, Abuse & Chargeback Handling

ReelCiety actively monitors tipping and gifting systems for fraud, money laundering, or abuse. Actions may include:

• Transaction reversal or freezing
• Temporary monetization suspension
• Account review or termination
• Reporting to financial or law enforcement authorities

10. Refunds & Dispute Resolution

Tips and gifts are generally non-refundable due to their voluntary nature. Refunds may be issued only where:

• Fraud is confirmed
• Unauthorized transactions occur
• Required by consumer protection law

11. Taxation & Reporting

Creators are responsible for declaring income derived from tips and gifts. ReelCiety may:

• Collect tax documentation
• Withhold payouts pending compliance
• Report earnings to authorities as legally required

12. Account Enforcement & Suspension

ReelCiety may restrict or disable tipping features for creators who:

• Violate platform or monetization policies
• Engage in deceptive or exploitative conduct
• Present elevated legal or reputational risk

13. Liability & Risk Allocation

Nexa-Group disclaims liability for disputes between users and creators arising from voluntary financial support. All transactions are subject to platform rules and applicable law.

14. Policy Changes & Feature Evolution

ReelCiety may update tipping and gifting features over time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
