Friendium is committed to transparency and user empowerment. This policy exists to ensure users can understand what data Friendium holds about them and how they can retrieve it in a structured, commonly used, and machine-readable format.

This policy supports legal rights under GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and other applicable privacy frameworks, without compromising the privacy or safety of other users.

Users may request a copy of personal data associated with their Friendium account, including but not limited to:

• Posts, comments, reactions, and shared content
• Uploaded photos and media metadata
• Friend connections and interaction history
• Messages and communication metadata (subject to limits)

• Ad preferences and content interactions

3. Data Exclusions & Limitations

To protect privacy, safety, and legal obligations, certain data may be excluded or partially redacted:

• Data relating to other users
• Internal moderation, enforcement, or risk assessments
• Confidential security or fraud prevention systems
• Information restricted by law or court order
• Content removed for legal or safety reasons

4. Request Eligibility

Download requests may only be initiated by:

• The account holder
• A verified authorized representative
• A legal guardian for eligible minor accounts

• Requests involving verification issues may take longer

Exported data is provided in structured, machine-readable formats such as JSON or ZIP archives. Delivery methods include:

• Encrypted files where appropriate

9. Security Controls

Friendium employs technical and organizational safeguards to protect exported data, including encryption, access logging, expiration controls, and breach monitoring.

10. Frequency Limits

To prevent abuse and protect system integrity, Friendium may limit the frequency of download requests per user within a defined time period.

11. Impact on Account Status

Requesting a data download does not affect account standing, visibility, or enforcement status. Users may continue using Friendium while requests are processed.

12. Third-Party Data Considerations

Data processed by third-party service providers is included only where legally permissible and technically feasible.

13. Transparency & Auditability

Friendium maintains logs of data access and export activity to ensure accountability and regulatory compliance.

14. Abuse Prevention

Fraudulent, excessive, or malicious requests may be denied or delayed to protect platform security and user privacy.

This policy may be updated as legal requirements, platform features, or security practices evolve. Users will be notified of material changes.
