Friendium Virtual Currency & Digital Goods Policy
This Virtual Currency & Digital Goods Policy governs the use, purchase, issuance, storage, redemption, and forfeiture of any virtual currency, credits, tokens, points, or digital goods offered on Friendium, operated by Nexa-Group.
1. Purpose & Scope
Friendium may offer virtual currency, digital credits, or digital goods to enable enhanced platform functionality, optional services, social interactions, or premium experiences. These items are provided solely within the Friendium ecosystem and have no value outside the platform.
2. Definition of Virtual Currency
“Virtual Currency” refers to any non-physical, non-fiat unit issued by Friendium, including but not limited to credits, points, tokens, or similar representations of value usable only within Friendium.
3. Definition of Digital Goods
“Digital Goods” include virtual items, premium features, badges, enhancements, access rights, or other intangible services made available to users through Friendium.
4. No Monetary Value
Virtual currency and digital goods:
- Do not constitute legal tender or real-world currency
- Have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for money
- Are not transferable outside Friendium
- Do not represent stored value, deposits, or securities
5. Ownership & Licensing
Users do not own virtual currency or digital goods. Friendium grants users a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use such items in accordance with this policy and the Terms of Service.
6. Acquisition Methods
Virtual currency or digital goods may be obtained through:
- Direct purchase
- Platform promotions or rewards
- Participation in approved programs
- Other methods determined by Friendium
7. Pricing & Availability
Prices, availability, and features may vary by region and may be modified or discontinued at any time without liability.
8. Usage Restrictions
Virtual currency and digital goods may only be used for their intended purposes as designated by Friendium. Any misuse, exploitation, or circumvention of systems is prohibited.
9. Prohibited Conduct
- Selling, trading, or transferring outside Friendium
- Using bots or automation to obtain currency
- Fraudulent acquisition or duplication
- Attempting to reverse-engineer value systems
10. No Refunds or Exchanges
Virtual currency and digital goods are generally non-refundable and non-exchangeable, except where required by law.
11. Expiration & Forfeiture
Friendium may impose expiration dates, usage limits, or forfeiture conditions. Unused currency may expire without compensation.
12. Account Suspension or Termination
If an account is suspended or terminated for any reason, all associated virtual currency and digital goods may be forfeited without refund.

Users are responsible for any applicable taxes related to virtual currency usage. Friendium does not provide tax advice.

16. Third-Party Integrations
Any third-party integrations involving virtual currency are subject to separate terms. Friendium is not responsible for third-party failures.
17. Modifications & Discontinuation
Friendium may modify, suspend, or discontinue virtual currency programs at any time without liability.
18. Limitation of Liability
Friendium is not liable for loss, theft, or expiration of virtual currency or digital goods, except where prohibited by law.
