Vibble UK Online Safety Act Compliance Statement

This Statement describes how Vibble complies with the UK Online Safety Act, including duties to protect users, especially children, from illegal and harmful content.

1. Scope

As a user-generated content platform accessible in the United Kingdom, Vibble implements proportionate measures to comply with obligations overseen by Ofcom, focusing on illegal content, child safety, and harmful material.

2. Illegal Content

Vibble prohibits and removes content involving:

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
  • Terrorism and extremism.
  • Serious harassment, threats, and hate crimes.
  • Other content deemed illegal under UK law.

3. Child Safety

We apply enhanced protections for under-18s, including:

  • Stronger content filters and default privacy settings.
  • Age-appropriate design considerations.
  • Restrictions on certain features, messaging, and recommendation exposure.

4. Risk Assessments & Mitigation

Vibble conducts risk assessments focusing on child safety, illegal content, self-harm, and other harms, and implements technical and moderation controls to mitigate them.

5. User Reporting & Redress

UK users can report content, request takedowns, and appeal decisions via our Safety Center and Appeals System.
