Vibble Refunds & Chargeback Policy

This Policy explains when refunds may be available for in-app purchases, subscriptions, and virtual currency on Vibble, and how chargebacks are handled.

1. General Rule

Vibble’s digital products (virtual currency, subscriptions, badges, boosts) are typically non-refundable once delivered, except as required by local consumer protection laws or platform (App Store / Play Store) rules.

2. Platform-Based Purchases

Purchases made through Apple or Google must usually be refunded via those platforms:

  • Apple: Use the “Report a Problem” portal.
  • Google Play: Use Google Play’s refund request process.

3. Unauthorized or Fraudulent Transactions

If you suspect unauthorized use of your account or payment method, you should:

  • Update your password and enable additional security.
  • Contact your payment provider.
  • Notify Vibble via billing@vibble.org.

4. Chargebacks

When users initiate chargebacks, Vibble may:

  • Revoke associated digital goods or benefits.
  • Reverse creator earnings derived from disputed transactions.
  • Restrict future purchases or monetization, and in severe cases, suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraudulent chargebacks.

5. Service Failures

In rare cases where Vibble fails to deliver a purchased digital item or subscription benefit, we may review and, at our discretion, grant credits or refunds where permitted by law and the app stores’ policies.
