Live video introduces heightened safety risks due to its real-time nature, limited pre-moderation, and potential for rapid harm. ReelCiety applies stricter controls to livestreaming than to static content in order to protect users, creators, viewers, and the platform operator, Nexa-Group.

This policy applies to all live broadcasts, including but not limited to livestreams, live Q&A sessions, real-time collaborations, and interactive streaming features.

2. Eligibility for Live Streaming

Access to live video features may be limited based on:

• Account age and activity history
• Previous policy compliance
• Verification or creator status
• Regional legal requirements
• Safety risk assessments

ReelCiety reserves the right to revoke live streaming privileges at any time.

3. Prohibited Live Content

The following content is strictly prohibited during live broadcasts:

• Violence, threats, or criminal activity
• Self-harm or suicide attempts
• Sexual content or nudity
• Exploitation or endangerment of minors
• Harassment, hate speech, or intimidation
• Drug use, weapons, or illegal activities
• Fraud, scams, or financial manipulation

4. Child Safety & Live Broadcasting

Live streams involving minors are subject to enhanced scrutiny. The following are strictly forbidden:

• Adults livestreaming with unrelated minors
• Requests for personal information from minors
• Sexualized behavior involving minors
• Streaming from private or unsafe environments

Any violation may result in immediate stream termination and permanent account removal.

5. Crisis, Emergencies & Dangerous Situations

Live broadcasts depicting emergencies, medical events, disasters, or dangerous situations may be restricted or terminated. ReelCiety may:

• Interrupt or shut down live streams
• Limit discoverability
• Redirect viewers to emergency resources
• Notify appropriate authorities when required

6. Misinformation & Real-Time Manipulation

Live streams used to spread misinformation, false emergencies, or deceptive claims are prohibited. This includes:

• False medical advice
• Election interference
• Fake crisis reporting
• Coordinated disinformation campaigns

7. Moderation & Live Intervention

ReelCiety applies layered moderation to live content, including:

• Automated real-time detection
• Keyword and behavior monitoring
• Human moderator intervention
• User reporting tools during streams

Moderators may pause, mute, restrict, or terminate streams without prior notice.

8. Chat & Audience Interaction Controls

Live chat features are subject to the same safety rules as other content. Creators may be required to:

• Enable comment filtering
• Assign moderators
• Restrict viewer participation
• Disable chat when necessary

9. Monetization & Live Features

Monetization during live streams may be restricted or disabled when:

• Safety risks are identified
• Policy violations occur
• Audience manipulation is detected
• Legal or regulatory obligations apply

10. Enforcement Actions

Violations of this policy may result in:

• Immediate stream termination
• Temporary or permanent live-streaming bans
• Account strikes or suspensions
• Permanent account removal
• Law enforcement escalation when required

11. Appeals

Creators may appeal live-stream enforcement actions. Appeals are reviewed by senior safety teams with experience in real-time content moderation.

12. Legal & Compliance Alignment

This policy aligns with global online safety regulations, child protection laws, broadcasting standards, and emergency response obligations.

13. Policy Updates

ReelCiety reserves the right to update live streaming rules in response to emerging risks, legal developments, or technological changes.
