Vexor Warning & Ban System

This Warning & Ban System outlines how Vexor enforces safety rules, handles violations, escalates penalties, and protects the platform from harmful or abusive behavior. Enforcement actions vary based on severity, frequency, and potential risk to users or the public.

1. Introduction

Vexor uses a structured, transparent, and proportional enforcement model designed to maintain a safe and positive environment. The system adapts to context, user history, content severity, and real-world risk. While most violations receive warnings before escalating, certain behaviors — particularly those involving minors, violence, fraud, or illegal activity — trigger immediate permanent bans with no prior notice.

2. Types of Violations

Violations fall under four main categories. These categories guide enforcement severity:

  • Minor Violations: Spam, misleading claims, mild harassment, low-risk policy violations.
  • Moderate Violations: Repeated spam, hate speech, explicit content, threats, bullying.
  • Severe Violations: Violence, exploitation, illegal activities, dangerous acts.
  • Critical Violations: Terrorism, CSAM, child endangerment, large-scale fraud, hacking attempts.

Vexor reserves the right to escalate or downgrade cases based on context, intent, user history, and real-world impact.

3. Warning Levels

Depending on the violation, Vexor may apply one or more of the following enforcement levels:

  • Level 1 — Soft Warning: Educational notice with guidance for future compliance.
  • Level 2 — Account Warning: Persistent violations escalate to formal warnings.
  • Level 3 — Feature Restrictions: Loss of posting, commenting, messaging, or livestream access.
  • Level 4 — Temporary Suspension: Account locked for 24 hours to 30 days based on severity.
  • Level 5 — Permanent Ban: Complete removal of the account and content, with or without prior warnings.

4. Immediate Permanent Ban (No Warning)

Some actions are so dangerous that they trigger an instant, irreversible ban. These include:

  • Sexual content involving minors, grooming, or child endangerment
  • Posting or promoting illegal activities (weapons, drugs, trafficking)
  • Severe hate speech, extremist content, or organized hate activity
  • Attempting to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt Vexor systems
  • Identity theft, financial scams, or large-scale fraud
  • Threats of violence or real-world harm

5. Strike System

For moderate violations, Vexor applies a strike-based enforcement model:

  • 1 Strike: Warning + educational guidance
  • 2 Strikes: Posting and messaging restrictions
  • 3 Strikes: Temporary account suspension
  • 4 or more Strikes: Permanent account ban

Strikes may expire after an extended period of compliant behavior. Repeated or patterned abuse may accelerate enforcement.

6. Livestreaming Enforcement

Livestreams carry elevated risk due to real-time interaction. Violations during livestreams may trigger:

  • Immediate livestream shutdown
  • 7–90 day livestream suspension
  • Permanent removal of livestream monetization features
  • Lifetime livestream ban for severe or dangerous violations

7. Creator Monetization Penalties

Monetized creators are held to higher trust and safety standards. Violations may result in:

  • Demonetization of specific videos
  • Temporary or permanent loss of monetization privileges
  • Payout holds during investigation
  • Permanent removal from all monetization features

8. Appeals Process

If you believe enforcement was applied incorrectly, you may submit an appeal. Appeals must be factual, honest, and filed by the account owner.

  • Typical response time: 24 hours to 14 days
  • Multiple false or abusive appeals may result in loss of appeal privileges
  • Critical violations (e.g., CSAM, terrorism, threats) are not eligible for appeal

9. Ban Evasion Policy

Creating new accounts to evade enforcement is prohibited. If detected, Vexor may:

  • Ban all linked accounts
  • Block associated IP or device identifiers
  • Remove duplicated or reuploaded content

10. Account Recovery

Suspended accounts may be restored if:

  • The violation was minor and corrected quickly
  • The user completes mandatory safety training
  • The suspension period has expired

Accounts involved in severe, illegal, or high-risk activity cannot be restored under any circumstances.

11. Transparency & Safety Logs

To ensure accountability and continuous improvement, Vexor maintains internal logs covering:

  • Enforcement actions taken
  • Policy violations and history
  • Appeal outcomes
  • Repeated harmful behavior or risk patterns

These logs help support platform integrity and prevent repeated abuse.
