Friendium Doxxing & Privacy Abuse Policy

This policy prohibits the misuse of personal information to harass, intimidate, threaten, or endanger individuals. Friendium enforces strict safeguards against doxxing and privacy abuse to protect users’ safety, dignity, and legal rights.

1. Purpose & Safety Rationale

Privacy abuse and doxxing can cause serious physical, emotional, financial, and reputational harm. Friendium, operated by Nexa-Group, maintains a zero-tolerance approach to the weaponization of personal data.

2. Scope of Application

This policy applies to all Friendium content, including profiles, posts, comments, messages, groups, pages, events, usernames, images, videos, and metadata, whether shared publicly or privately.

3. Definitions

  • Doxxing: Publishing or threatening to publish private or sensitive personal information without consent.
  • Personal Data: Information that can identify or locate an individual.
  • Privacy Abuse: Misuse of personal data to harass, intimidate, or cause harm.

4. Protected Information

The following categories are protected:

  • Phone numbers and private email addresses
  • Government-issued identification numbers
  • Financial and banking information

6. Implicit & Coded Doxxing

Attempts to indirectly reveal personal information—such as hints, partial data, or “crowdsourcing” identification—are treated as violations when intent to harass or endanger is evident.

7. Public Figures & Contextual Exceptions

Limited professional information about public figures may be shared when clearly relevant to public interest. However, private details that pose safety risks remain strictly prohibited.

8. Threats Involving Personal Information

Threatening to expose private information—even if never published—is treated as a serious violation equivalent to actual disclosure.

9. Reporting & Emergency Escalation

Users can report doxxing or privacy abuse through Friendium’s reporting tools. Cases involving credible threats to physical safety are escalated immediately.

10. Victim Protection Measures

11. Enforcement Actions

Violations may result in:

  • Immediate suspension or permanent removal
  • Loss of posting, messaging, or group privileges
  • Account-wide restrictions across Nexa-Group platforms
  • Referral to law enforcement when legally required

12. False Reporting

Abuse of reporting systems may result in enforcement. However, good-faith reports are always protected and encouraged.

13. Legal Preservation & Cooperation

Friendium may preserve content, logs, and metadata to comply with legal obligations and protect victims.

14. Platform Discretion

Friendium reserves the right to take preventive action when credible risk exists, even if conduct falls into gray areas not explicitly enumerated.

15. Policy Evolution

This policy may be updated as privacy laws, safety standards, and abuse patterns evolve.
