Vibble Spaces & Live Audio Safety Policy

This policy governs safety expectations for Vibble live audio spaces (and future live formats), including host responsibilities, speaker behavior, moderation tools, and enforcement actions.

1. Scope

This policy applies to all real-time audio experiences on Vibble, including:

  • Public live audio Spaces.
  • Private or invite-only audio rooms.
  • Recorded live audio distributed later as content.

2. Host Responsibilities

Hosts are responsible for the environment within their Space:

  • Actively moderate speakers and remove participants who violate policies.
  • Use built-in tools (mute, remove, block, report) when harmful behavior occurs.
  • Not encourage harassment, brigading, or targeted abuse of individuals or groups.

3. Prohibited Live Audio Conduct

The following behavior is prohibited in Spaces:

  • Hate speech, extremist propaganda, or calls for violence.
  • Harassment, doxxing, or targeted abuse of individuals.
  • Coordination of real-world attacks, riots, or illegal activity.
  • Use of live audio to share CSAM, sexual exploitation, or grooming attempts (immediate termination).
  • Encouragement of self-harm or suicide.

4. Real-Time Detection & Intervention

Vibble may:

  • Deploy automated systems to detect high-risk keywords or patterns.
  • Prioritize user reports related to live Spaces for faster review.
  • Terminate ongoing Spaces in cases of serious or repeated violations.

5. Recording & Reuse of Live Content

If Spaces are recorded:

  • Hosts must comply with applicable laws regarding recording and consent.
  • Recorded content is subject to the same enforcement as any other media on the platform.
  • Flagged or removed live content may not be re-uploaded or re-shared.

6. Safety Tools for Participants

Participants can:

  • Leave any Space at any time.
  • Block hosts or speakers so they cannot invite or interact in future.
  • Report a Space, host, or participant for policy violations.

7. Enforcement Against Hosts & Speakers

Violations may lead to:

  • Removal of specific Spaces from public logs or replays.
  • Temporary or permanent loss of access to live audio features.
  • Account-level enforcement, including suspensions or permanent bans.

8. Emergency Situations

In events involving imminent risk (self-harm, active threats of violence, terrorism):

  • Spaces may be immediately terminated.
  • Relevant data may be preserved and shared with law enforcement, consistent with legal processes.
  • Users may be directed to emergency resources where possible.

9. Contact
