Creator Monetization Policy

1. Purpose & Objectives

ReelCiety is designed to empower creators while maintaining trust, safety, and platform integrity. Monetization programs are offered as a privilege, not a right, and are subject to ongoing review. This policy exists to:

• Ensure fair, lawful, and transparent creator earnings
• Protect users from deceptive or exploitative monetization practices
• Safeguard advertisers and partners
• Reduce fraud, abuse, and financial misconduct
• Protect Nexa-Group from regulatory, financial, and reputational risk

2. Scope

This policy applies to all monetization features on ReelCiety, including but not limited to:

• Advertising revenue sharing
• Branded content and sponsorships
• Paid subscriptions (if enabled)
• Tips, gifts, or digital support mechanisms
• Affiliate links and commercial promotions

3. Monetization Eligibility

To participate in any monetization program, creators must:

• Maintain an account in good standing
• Comply with all ReelCiety policies and Community Guidelines
• Meet minimum age and identity verification requirements
• Reside in or operate from an eligible jurisdiction
• Provide accurate tax, payout, and payment information

Eligibility thresholds (followers, engagement, activity) may vary by program and are subject to change at ReelCiety’s discretion.

4. Monetization Program Approval

Enrollment in monetization programs may require manual or automated review. ReelCiety reserves the right to approve, deny, suspend, or revoke monetization access at any time based on:

• Content quality and originality
• Audience authenticity
• Compliance history
• Risk assessments and fraud indicators
• Advertiser suitability

5. Prohibited Monetization Practices

The following practices are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate demonetization or account enforcement:

• Fake engagement, bot activity, or purchased followers
• Misleading or undisclosed paid promotions
• Financial scams, pyramid schemes, or deceptive offers
• Content involving minors in monetized contexts
• Monetizing hate, violence, extremism, or harmful misinformation
• Exploiting tragedies, crises, or public emergencies for profit

6. Content Standards for Monetization

Monetized content must meet higher standards than general content. Content may be ineligible for monetization if it includes:

• Graphic violence or explicit sexual content
• Dangerous challenges or self-harm promotion
• Unverified medical or financial claims
• Harassment, abuse, or discriminatory behavior
• Political persuasion where restricted by law or policy

7. Transparency & Disclosure

Creators must clearly disclose:

• Sponsored or paid content
• Affiliate relationships
• Commercial partnerships
• Material connections to brands or advertisers

Failure to disclose may result in penalties, demonetization, or legal reporting.

8. Revenue Calculation & Payments

Revenue calculations may be based on:

• Ad impressions and engagement
• Subscription revenue sharing
• Virtual currency or gift redemptions
• Net revenue after applicable fees, taxes, or chargebacks

9. Tax & Legal Compliance

Creators are solely responsible for:

• Reporting income to tax authorities
• Complying with local laws and regulations
• Maintaining required business licenses

ReelCiety may withhold payments where required by law or pending verification.

10. Fraud Detection & Enforcement

Nexa-Group employs automated and manual systems to detect monetization abuse. Enforcement actions may include:

• Revenue clawbacks
• Temporary or permanent demonetization
• Account suspension or termination
• Legal or regulatory referrals

11. Appeals

Creators may appeal monetization decisions through designated support channels. Submission of false information during appeals may result in further enforcement.

12. No Guaranteed Access

Monetization programs are offered at ReelCiety’s discretion. Nexa-Group reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any monetization feature at any time.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nexa-Group shall not be liable for lost revenue, expected earnings, or indirect damages related to monetization access or removal.

This policy may be updated to reflect changes in business practices, law, or platform features.
