Vibble EU Digital Services Act (DSA) Compliance Statement

This Statement outlines how Vibble complies with the EU Digital Services Act, including notice-and-action mechanisms, transparency, and user rights.

1. DSA Role

Vibble operates as a hosting service and online platform under the DSA, enabling users to post and interact with content in real time. We implement obligations proportionate to our size and risk profile.

2. Illegal Content & Notice-and-Action

Users and trusted flaggers can report illegal content via in-app tools and designated channels. Valid notices should include:

  • Precise URL or content identifier.
  • Description of why the content is illegal under applicable law.
  • Contact information of the notifier.

Vibble reviews notices promptly and may remove or restrict content where appropriate, notifying the uploader and documenting the action.

3. Trusted Flaggers & Priority Handling

Vibble cooperates with EU-recognized trusted flaggers, prioritizing their reports in line with DSA obligations.

4. Transparency & Reporting

Vibble publishes transparency reports covering content moderation actions, user reports, appeals, and law enforcement requests, as required under the DSA.

5. User Rights & Appeals

Users have the right to:

  • Receive clear notice of moderation decisions affecting their content.
  • Appeal decisions via internal complaint-handling mechanisms.
  • Seek out-of-court dispute resolution where applicable.
