Friendium Dangerous Organizations & Activities Policy

This policy governs the prohibition, detection, and enforcement actions related to dangerous organizations, individuals, and activities on Friendium. The policy exists to protect users, public safety, democratic institutions, and legal compliance while preventing the platform from being misused to cause real-world harm.

1. Purpose and Risk Framework

Friendium is designed for authentic social connection and lawful interaction. The platform does not permit the presence, promotion, or facilitation of dangerous organizations or activities that pose risks to individuals, communities, governments, or public order.

This policy reflects global counter-terrorism standards, human rights principles, and international safety obligations, while remaining adaptable to evolving threats.

2. Definition of Dangerous Organizations

A “Dangerous Organization” includes any group, network, or entity—formal or informal— that engages in, advocates for, or supports violence, criminal activity, or serious harm.

Categories include, but are not limited to:

  • Terrorist organizations designated by governments or international bodies
  • Violent extremist or paramilitary groups
  • Criminal organizations involved in trafficking, organized crime, or fraud
  • Militias or armed groups operating outside lawful authority
  • Organizations promoting genocide, ethnic cleansing, or mass violence

3. Definition of Dangerous Activities

“Dangerous Activities” refer to actions, instructions, or coordination that could result in serious harm, illegality, or loss of life.

  • Planning or facilitating violent acts
  • Recruitment or training for armed or extremist groups
  • Distribution of weapons-related instructions
  • Coordinating riots, sabotage, or infrastructure attacks
  • Promotion of terrorism or violent ideology

4. Zero-Tolerance Content Categories

Friendium enforces a zero-tolerance approach toward the following:

  • Praise, advocacy, or propaganda for terrorist organizations
  • Use of symbols, slogans, or imagery tied to extremist violence
  • Fundraising or material support for violent groups
  • Calls for violence against people, institutions, or infrastructure
  • Instructions for making weapons or explosives

5. Contextual and Educational Exceptions

Limited discussion of dangerous organizations may be allowed for:

  • News reporting and journalism
  • Academic or historical analysis
  • Counter-extremism or prevention efforts

Such content must remain factual, critical, and non-promotional. Friendium reserves sole discretion in determining acceptable context.

6. Groups, Pages, and Events Restrictions

Groups, Pages, or Events may not be used to:

  • Represent or glorify dangerous organizations
  • Serve as recruitment or coordination hubs
  • Disseminate operational guidance

Any association—direct or indirect—with prohibited entities may result in immediate removal.

7. User Accounts and Individual Responsibility

Individual users are responsible for ensuring their activity does not support or enable dangerous conduct.

  • No coded language to bypass enforcement
  • No indirect praise or normalization of violence
  • No linking to external extremist resources

8. Detection and Enforcement Methods

Friendium employs a combination of automated systems, human reviewers, and trusted external signals to identify violations.

  • Content removal without prior notice
  • Account suspension or permanent bans
  • Group or Page takedowns
  • Event cancellation

9. Law Enforcement and Government Cooperation

Friendium may preserve and disclose information related to dangerous organizations or activities when required by law or in response to valid legal requests.

Emergency disclosures may occur where there is a credible risk of imminent harm.

10. Appeals and Review

Users may appeal enforcement actions through Friendium’s appeals process. However, content involving terrorism or severe violence is unlikely to be reinstated.

11. Cross-Border Considerations

Friendium applies this policy globally, regardless of local legal classifications. A group lawful in one jurisdiction may still be restricted if it poses broader safety risks.

12. Platform Integrity and Liability Protection

Friendium and Nexa-Group do not endorse or permit violent or criminal activity. Users bear full responsibility for their actions both online and offline.

13. Reporting Dangerous Content

Users are encouraged to report suspected dangerous organizations or activities. Misuse of reporting tools may result in penalties.

14. Policy Evolution

This policy may evolve as threats change. Continued use of Friendium constitutes acceptance of updates.
