Creator Monetization Terms

These Creator Monetization Terms define the contractual obligations, eligibility criteria, payout rules, compliance requirements, and restrictions applicable to all creators participating in Vexor’s monetization ecosystem. By enabling or using monetization features, you agree to abide by these terms, the Vexor Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and applicable laws.

1. Introduction

Vexor provides creators with monetization programs designed to reward high-quality, safe, and original content. These programs may include:

  • Creator Rewards Program
  • Virtual coins, gifts, and digital tipping mechanisms
  • Livestream gifting and real-time reward systems
  • Paid fan subscriptions and supporter badges
  • Brand partnerships facilitated through Vexor
  • Advertising revenue share (in supported regions)
  • Creator Fund (where available)

These terms apply to all revenue generated within the Vexor platform, regardless of the monetization feature used.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To enroll in monetization programs, creators must meet platform-wide and region-specific criteria. Unless otherwise stated, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction)
  • Maintain a Vexor account in good standing with complete and accurate profile information
  • Pass all required identity verification (KYC) processes
  • Provide valid tax information and comply with financial regulations
  • Have no active severe violations (e.g., hate, harassment, child safety violations)
  • Meet minimum viewership, engagement, and follower thresholds
  • Not reside in sanctioned or restricted regions as defined by international laws

Vexor reserves the right to deny, revoke, or suspend monetization eligibility based on safety risks, fraud detection, or legal obligations.

3. Earnings & Revenue Sources

Creators may earn revenue through multiple sources. Earnings formulas may vary depending on:

  • Engagement metrics such as views, watch time, retention, and interactions
  • Virtual gifts and in-app currency converted to creator earnings
  • Supporter-based revenue including subscriptions, badges, or direct contributions
  • Brand collaborations arranged or approved through Vexor
  • Advertising revenue share in supported regions
  • Creator Fund distributions based on internal performance rules

Vexor may update monetization formulas without prior notice to ensure economic stability, market compliance, and platform integrity.

4. Payout Rules

To receive payouts from monetized activity, creators must:

  • Reach the minimum withdrawal threshold established in their local currency
  • Submit valid payout information (e.g., bank details, PayPal, regional partners)
  • Pass identity verification and financial compliance checks
  • Ensure their account is not under investigation for fraud or safety violations

Payout processing typically ranges from 7–30 business days, depending on region and third-party payment processors. Vexor is not responsible for delays caused by external financial institutions.

5. Taxes & Legal Compliance

Creators are responsible for understanding and fulfilling their tax obligations. This includes:

  • Reporting income to local tax authorities
  • Paying applicable income, VAT, GST, or other required taxes
  • Maintaining accurate financial records for audits

Vexor may collect, withhold, or remit taxes if mandated by law and may require forms including:

  • W-9 (U.S. persons)
  • W-8BEN (non-U.S. persons)
  • EU VAT identifiers
  • Region-specific compliance documents

6. Prohibited Monetized Content

The following content categories may not generate revenue and may result in account action:

  • Violence, hate speech, harassment, or threats
  • Sexual content, explicit material, or suggestive behavior
  • Dangerous challenges, self-harm, or harmful activities
  • Illegal activity, including drugs, weapons, or criminal behavior
  • Misleading content, scams, or deceptive claims
  • Content using children in monetized contexts in unsafe or exploitative ways
  • Copyrighted material without proper licensing or permissions

7. Monetization Violations

Vexor may remove or restrict monetization if creators:

  • Buy or sell engagement (views, followers, interactions)
  • Use bots, scripts, or automation to manipulate metrics
  • Artificially boost livestream gifting through coordinated or fraudulent activity
  • Promote misrepresentation, impersonation, or misleading promotions
  • Accumulate repeated community guideline violations
  • Engage in financial misconduct or exploit monetization systems

8. Refunds & Chargebacks

If a user receives a refund for coins, gifts, or subscription payments:

  • Related creator earnings may be reversed or deducted
  • Excessive chargebacks may trigger account review
  • Creators are not entitled to retain earnings from invalid or fraudulent transactions

9. Suspension & Termination

Vexor may suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate monetization or account access if creators:

  • Commit severe policy violations
  • Engage in illegal or harmful behavior
  • Exploit minors or distribute unsafe content involving children
  • Operate multiple accounts to evade restrictions or manipulate payouts
  • Fail to pass ongoing compliance reviews

In cases involving fraud, criminal activity, or severe safety violations, pending earnings may be forfeited.

10. Branding & Promotional Use

By participating in monetization programs, you grant Vexor a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, distribute, and promote your content for:

  • Marketing campaigns
  • In-app and web promotional placements
  • Social media highlights
  • Creator spotlight features

This license is solely for promotional and operational purposes and does not transfer ownership of the content.

Monetization programs may be limited or unavailable in regions affected by:

  • Financial sanctions (OFAC, EU, UK, UN, etc.)
  • Local financial regulations or banking restrictions
  • Limited access to payment infrastructure
