Vibble Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Vibble and all related websites, mobile applications, APIs, and services operated by Nexa Group.

1. Introduction

Vibble (“Vibble”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is a real-time microblogging and social conversation platform operated by Nexa Group, parent company headquartered at Nexa-Group.org. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to all access to and use of the Vibble platform, including the website, mobile apps, APIs, and any other services that link to or reference these Terms (collectively, the “Services”).

By creating an account, posting content, browsing the timeline, using direct messages, or accessing any part of Vibble, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Community Guidelines, and any additional policies referenced herein. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

To use Vibble, you must:

  • Be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction).
  • Be at least 18 years old to access monetization features, paid subscriptions, or other financial tools.
  • Provide accurate and complete account information.
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
  • Not be prohibited from using online services under applicable law or prior enforcement actions.

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must promptly notify us of any suspected unauthorized access by contacting security@vibble.org or support@vibble.org.

3. Description of the Service

Vibble provides a public conversation space where users can create short posts, reply, repost, quote, follow accounts, participate in real-time discussions, and, where available, use audio spaces or other interactive features. Unless stated otherwise, content you post may be public and discoverable through search, trends, recommendations, or third-party integrations.

4. Your Content & License to Vibble

You retain ownership of the content you post on Vibble, including posts, media, replies, and profile information (“User Content”). By posting User Content, you grant Vibble a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to:

  • Host, store, reproduce, distribute, and display your content.
  • Modify, adapt, and create derivative works for formatting or technical purposes.
  • Use your content in feeds, search, recommendations, safety systems, and promotional materials.
  • Make your content available to other users and authorized partners consistent with our policies.

This license continues for as long as your content is available on Vibble, and may persist for a limited period in backups or enforcement logs even after deletion, as detailed in our Data Retention & Deletion Policy.

5. Prohibited Content & Conduct

You agree not to post, share, or engage in behavior that violates our Community Guidelines or applicable law, including but not limited to:

  • Harassment, hate speech, or incitement to violence.
  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, or any sexualization of minors.
  • Graphic violence, threats, or terrorism/extremism promotion.
  • Fraud, scams, impersonation, or deceptive practices.
  • Violation of intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
  • Illegal activities, including sale of prohibited goods or services.
  • Manipulation of the platform (bots, spam, fake engagement, coordinated inauthentic behavior).

Any violation may result in content removal, account restriction, suspension, monetization removal, or permanent ban, as further described in the Warning & Ban System and Enforcement Guidelines.

6. Platform Integrity & Moderation

Vibble uses a combination of automated systems, machine learning models, human review, and trusted partner inputs to detect and act on policy violations. We may:

  • Remove or restrict access to content that violates our policies or the law.
  • Limit distribution (downrank, de-boost) of certain content.
  • Apply labels to provide context, such as political, election, or state-affiliated media labels.
  • Temporarily or permanently suspend accounts engaged in harmful behavior.

7. Third-Party Services & Links

The Services may contain links to third-party websites, apps, or content. Vibble does not control and is not responsible for third-party services, their privacy practices, or their content. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their terms.

8. In-App Purchases, Subscriptions & Virtual Currency

Vibble may offer in-app purchases, subscriptions, tips, or other paid features using platform billing (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play) or other payment providers. Additional terms are described in:

You are responsible for reviewing these policies before making purchases or joining monetization programs.

9. Intellectual Property

All Vibble trademarks, logos, UI elements, algorithms, and proprietary technology are owned by Nexa Group or its licensors. You may not:

  • Use Vibble branding without written permission.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.
  • Scrape or harvest data beyond what is allowed by our API Terms.

10. Disclaimers

Vibble is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free service. We do not guarantee that content will be accurate, complete, or available at all times.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Vibble and Nexa Group are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vibble, Nexa Group, and their officers, employees, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of:

  • Your use of the Services.
  • Your User Content.
  • Your breach of these Terms or applicable law.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Vibble at any time if you violate these Terms, pose a risk to users or the platform, or where required by law. You may also delete your account at any time using in-app tools. Data handling after termination is covered in the Data Retention & Deletion Policy.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Nexa Group’s primary operating jurisdiction, unless local law requires otherwise. In case of disputes, you agree to seek resolution through good-faith negotiations, and if necessary, through courts of competent jurisdiction.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect legal changes, new features, or operational improvements. When we make material changes, we will provide notice (for example, via email, in-app banners, or policy changelogs). Continued use of Vibble after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
