Virtual Currency Policy

1. Overview of Vexor Virtual Currency

Vexor provides a proprietary virtual currency system (“Coins”) designed to facilitate digital interactions, gifting, creator support, and participation in premium features. Vexor Coins:

• Are digital tokens with no inherent real-world monetary value.
• Cannot be transferred or traded between users.
• Cannot be sold, exchanged, or converted except through Vexor’s official monetization system.
• Are subject to platform rules, app-store regulations, and local financial laws.

Coins may be used to purchase virtual gifts, boosts, premium content interactions, and other digital experiences made available within Vexor.

2. Purchasing Virtual Currency

Users may acquire Vexor Coins through official, approved purchase channels:

• Apple In-App Purchase (iOS applications)
• Google Play Billing (Android applications)
• Vexor Web Payments (where available and regionally permitted)

All coin purchases are processed through secure payment providers. Vexor does not store or process full payment card information.

All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required under applicable consumer protection laws and app-store rules. Vexor does not provide refunds for Coins that have already been credited to a user account.

3. Pricing & Taxes

Coin prices vary by region and may fluctuate based on:

• Local currency exchange rates
• App Store and Google Play pricing tiers
• Tax regulation changes (VAT, GST, sales tax, digital services tax)
• Promotional or seasonal pricing adjustments

Taxes and platform processing fees may be included in the final purchase price. Vexor reserves the right to modify coin pricing at any time to reflect market conditions or operational changes.

4. Virtual Gifts

Vexor offers interactive virtual gifts that users may send to creators during livestreams, videos, or other platform activities. Gift types include:

• Standard Gifts: Convert into creator earnings (“Diamonds”).
• Special Event Gifts: Used for rankings, achievements, and promotional campaigns.

Virtual gifts are consumable items and cannot be refunded, returned, or transferred to other users.

5. Creator Earnings (“Diamonds”)

When a creator receives virtual gifts, the system may convert their value into Diamonds, which can be exchanged for monetary payouts.

Diamond value is based on:

• Regional payout rates
• Market exchange conditions
• Applicable platform fees and service charges
• Creator program contract terms where relevant

Diamonds cannot be transferred between users and have no external financial value outside of Vexor’s monetization system.

6. Withdrawing Creator Earnings

Eligible creators may convert Diamonds into real currency through approved withdrawal channels, such as:

• Bank transfers
• PayPal or regional equivalents
• Local payout partners supported by Nexa Group

Withdrawal conditions typically require:

• Meeting minimum withdrawal thresholds
• Verification of identity (KYC)
• An account in good standing without policy violations
• Passing fraud and risk assessment checks

Standard withdrawal processing time ranges from 7–30 business days depending on region and payment processor.

7. Refunds & Chargebacks

Coin purchases are generally non-refundable. In the event a user disputes a transaction or initiates a chargeback:

• Creator earnings associated with refunded gifts may be reversed.
• Accounts with repeated chargebacks may face restrictions or termination.
• Vexor may freeze balances pending investigation.
• Fraud or abuse may be reported to payment providers or authorities.

Chargeback abuse is treated as a violation of Vexor’s Terms of Service and can result in loss of account access.

8. Expiration of Virtual Currency

Coins do not normally expire; however, expiration may occur if:

• A user account remains inactive for more than 12 months.
• The user voluntarily deletes their account.
• Fraudulent or abusive activity is detected and verified.

Expired currency cannot be restored under any circumstances.

9. Prohibited Use of Virtual Currency

Users may not:

• Buy, sell, or trade Coins outside of official Vexor channels.
• Transfer Coins or Diamonds between user accounts.
• Use virtual currency to facilitate illegal activity.
• Manipulate prices via VPNs or regional spoofing.
• Participate in fraudulent gifting or monetization manipulation.

Violation of these rules may result in account suspension, currency removal, or permanent termination.

10. Fraud & Abuse Prevention

Vexor employs multi-layered systems to detect suspicious currency activity, including:

• AI-based fraud detection
• Behavioral analytics
• Transaction pattern monitoring
• Manual audits for creator manipulation or bot gifting
• Risk scoring and automated enforcement tools

If fraud or abuse is suspected, Vexor may:

• Freeze balances until investigation is complete.
• Reverse earnings or remove currency.
• Suspend or close accounts.
• Report violations to authorities where appropriate.

11. Changes to the Virtual Currency System

Vexor may modify, expand, limit, or discontinue any component of its virtual currency ecosystem at any time. Examples include:

• Adjusting currency values or exchange rates
• Introducing new types of gifts, premium items, or features
• Changing creator payout structures
• Phasing out outdated or low-usage features

Users will be notified of material changes via in-app notices, email, or updates to this policy.
