Advertiser Content Restrictions

These restrictions define which ad categories, creative types, and messaging are prohibited or limited on Vibble. They apply to all advertising formats, sponsorships, and branded content.

1. Completely Prohibited Categories

The following ad categories are strictly prohibited and will not be accepted on Vibble:

  • Illegal Products & Services: Any product or service that is illegal in the target region.
  • Adult Content & Services: Pornography, escort services, sexual services, or explicit sexual enhancement products.
  • Weapons & Explosives: Firearms, ammunition, explosives, or instructions to manufacture them.
  • Drugs & Drug Paraphernalia: Illicit drugs, non-legalized substances, or paraphernalia primarily intended for illegal drug use.
  • Unlicensed Gambling: Illegal betting, underground casinos, or unregulated gambling platforms.
  • Hate, Extremism & Terrorism: Promotion of hate groups, extremist propaganda, or recruitment.
  • Fraudulent Schemes: Ponzi schemes, get-rich-quick scams, or deceptive business opportunities.

2. Restricted / High-Risk Categories

The following categories may be allowed only with explicit pre-approval and strict regional compliance checks:

  • Alcohol brands and retailers
  • Pharmaceuticals and medical treatments (including telemedicine)
  • Crypto assets, trading platforms, and high-risk financial instruments
  • Lotteries, regulated gambling, and betting services
  • Political or issue-based advocacy (subject to separate political policies)

Additional documentation, licenses, or certifications may be required before campaigns in these categories can run.

3. Misleading, Deceptive & Harmful Claims

Ads must not:

  • Include false, unsubstantiated, or exaggerated claims about products or services
  • Promise guaranteed financial returns, cure-all medical outcomes, or unrealistic results
  • Use fake testimonials, fabricated endorsements, or impersonated experts
  • Use deceptive countdown timers, “only 1 left” claims, or manipulation tactics that qualify as dark patterns

4. Targeting & Sensitive Attributes

Advertisers may not target or exclude users based on sensitive characteristics where prohibited by law, including:

  • Race, ethnicity, or national origin
  • Religion or philosophical beliefs
  • Sexual orientation or gender identity
  • Serious health conditions or disabilities
  • Union membership or political orientation (where regulated)

5. Youth & Minor Protection

Ads must not specifically target minors with content that is inappropriate, unsafe, or restricted to adults, including:

  • Alcohol, tobacco, vaping, or controlled substances
  • Gambling, betting, or high-risk financial products
  • Overly sexualized imagery or dating services aimed at adults

Vibble may use age signals and regional laws to restrict ad delivery where required.

6. Creative Quality & User Experience

Ad creatives must not:

  • Use flashing or strobing effects that may pose health risks
  • Contain autoplay audio without clear user initiation
  • Imitate system UI elements (fake notifications, OS alerts)
  • Use highly disturbing or sensational images solely to provoke shock

7. Landing Pages & Post-Click Experience

Landing pages must be safe, functional, and aligned with the ad creative. They must not:

  • Automatically download files or install software without explicit consent
  • Contain malware, phishing elements, or social engineering attacks
  • Redirect repeatedly to unrelated or deceptive destinations
  • Request sensitive personal data without a clear lawful purpose

8. Enforcement & Escalation

Vibble may review and enforce these restrictions at any time, including proactively or based on user reports. For violations, Vibble may:

  • Disapprove or remove ad creatives
  • Restrict or suspend advertiser accounts
  • Notify affected users or authorities in severe cases
  • Terminate business relationships with repeat or egregious violators

10. Updates

Vibble may update these Advertiser Content Restrictions to reflect evolving legal requirements, platform policies, and risk assessments. Advertisers are responsible for reviewing the latest version prior to launching campaigns.
