Child Safety Policy
This Child Safety Policy outlines how Vibble protects minors, restricts harmful content, and complies with child-protection regulations globally.
1. Zero-Tolerance Policy
Vibble maintains a zero-tolerance stance on child sexual abuse material (CSAM), exploitation, and grooming. All such content and behavior are prohibited and lead to immediate account termination and mandatory reporting to relevant authorities.
2. Age Restrictions
- Under 13: Not permitted to use Vibble. Accounts may be removed when detected.
- 13–15: Additional safety controls, reduced discoverability, and stricter interaction limits.
- 16–17: Enhanced protections remain, but with broader feature access.
3. Harmful Content Involving Minors
The following are strictly prohibited when involving minors:
- Sexual content, nudity, or sexualized imagery.
- Encouraging dangerous stunts, self-harm, or substance abuse.
- Bullying, humiliation, or harassment campaigns targeting minors.
- Sharing private images, school details, or contact information.
4. Grooming & Predatory Behavior
Vibble actively monitors for grooming indicators, including:
- Adults repeatedly contacting minors in DMs or replies with inappropriate tone.
- Requests for private conversations on other platforms.
- Requests for photos, personal information, or secrecy.
Confirmed predatory behavior results in permanent bans and law-enforcement reporting.
5. Child Data & Privacy
We minimize the collection and processing of personal data from minors. Refer to the Child Data & Age-Appropriate Design Policy and Privacy Policy for detailed data treatment rules.
6. Tools for Parents & Guardians
Vibble may offer parental guidance resources and, where supported, account controls for guardians. Parents can also report underage use or safety concerns to our Safety Team.
7. Reporting Child Safety Concerns
If you suspect a child is at risk or see content involving potential exploitation, report it immediately.
