Friendium Business Page & Seller Guidelines
These Business Page & Seller Guidelines govern how businesses, brands, merchants, and sellers may operate on Friendium. The policy ensures transparency, consumer protection, lawful commerce, and platform integrity while protecting users and Nexa-Group from legal, financial, and reputational risk.
1. Purpose & Scope
Friendium provides tools that allow businesses, organizations, and individual sellers to create pages, promote products, and engage with users. These guidelines apply to all commercial activity conducted through:
- Business Pages
- Marketplace listings
- Commerce-enabled posts
- Direct sales conducted through Friendium messaging
2. Eligibility Requirements
To operate a Business Page or sell goods or services on Friendium, entities must:
- Provide accurate and truthful business information
- Use a real and verifiable identity
- Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws
- Maintain an active and reachable contact method
3. Business Page Setup & Representation
Business Pages must accurately represent the entity they claim to be. This includes:
- Correct legal or trade name
- Accurate description of products or services
- Up-to-date contact and location details
- No impersonation of other businesses or brands
4. Seller Responsibilities
Sellers are solely responsible for:
- Product quality, safety, and legality
- Truthful descriptions and images
- Pricing accuracy and transparency
- Order fulfillment, delivery, and customer support
- Handling refunds, returns, and disputes
5. Prohibited Products & Services
The following may not be sold, promoted, or facilitated on Friendium:
- Illegal or regulated goods without authorization
- Weapons, explosives, or controlled substances
- Counterfeit or infringing products
- Scams, pyramid schemes, or deceptive offers
- Products promoting hate, violence, or exploitation
6. Consumer Protection Standards
Sellers must comply with consumer protection laws, including:
- Clear refund and return policies
- Disclosure of delivery timelines and costs
- Accurate representation of product condition
- No false urgency, misleading discounts, or hidden fees
7. Marketplace & Transaction Conduct
Transactions conducted through Friendium must:
- Remain within permitted platform features
- Avoid off-platform coercion or payment redirection
- Respect buyer consent and privacy
- Comply with payment processor requirements
8. Advertising & Promotion Rules
Promotional content must follow Friendium’s Advertising Policy and:
- Include accurate pricing and offers
- Disclose sponsored or paid relationships
- Avoid deceptive claims or guarantees
- Respect targeting and audience rules
9. Fraud, Scams & Financial Abuse
Friendium strictly prohibits:
- Advance-fee scams
- Impersonation of trusted brands
- Fake giveaways or lotteries
- Unauthorized fundraising
- Payment manipulation or chargeback abuse
10. Reviews, Ratings & Feedback
Sellers may not manipulate reviews or feedback. Prohibited practices include:
- Buying or incentivizing fake reviews
- Suppressing negative feedback through coercion
- Posting misleading testimonials
11. Enforcement & Penalties
Violations of these guidelines may result in:
- Content removal
- Suspension of selling privileges
- Monetization restrictions
- Permanent Business Page removal
- Account termination for severe or repeated violations
12. Reporting & Dispute Resolution
Users may report businesses or sellers through Friendium’s reporting tools. Friendium may mediate disputes but is not a party to transactions.
13. Legal Disclaimer
Friendium and Nexa-Group do not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, or delivery of goods or services offered by sellers. All transactions occur directly between buyers and sellers.
14. Policy Updates
These guidelines may be updated to reflect regulatory changes or platform evolution. Continued use of Business Pages constitutes acceptance.
