Transparency Reports Policy

This document explains the structure, frequency, and disclosure standards for Vibble’s Annual and Quarterly Transparency Reports.

1. Purpose

Transparency Reports promote accountability, trust, and regulatory compliance by disclosing enforcement metrics, legal request volumes, and safety operations.

2. Publication Frequency

  • Quarterly Enforcement Reports: high-level moderation data
  • Annual Transparency Report: full-year analysis and methodology

3. Metrics Disclosed

The following may be included:

  • Total content removals by category
  • Account warnings, suspensions, and bans
  • Appeals submitted and outcomes
  • Spam, bot, and manipulation mitigations
  • Government data requests received and fulfilled
  • Child safety escalations
  • Visibility reduction / de-boosting statistics
  • Labeling metrics (misinformation, political labels)

4. Legal Requests Disclosure

  • Emergency vs. non-emergency requests
  • Requests granted, denied, or challenged
  • Jurisdiction-based statistics (where allowed)

5. Algorithmic Accountability

Reports may include summaries of ranking updates, safety filters, ML changes, and audits affecting fairness and user experience.
