Friendium Child Safety & Minor Protection Policy

This policy establishes Friendium’s strict standards for protecting minors from abuse, exploitation, endangerment, and harm. It reflects Friendium’s zero-tolerance approach to child sexual exploitation and abuse (CSEA/CSAM) and aligns with global child-safety, human-rights, and online protection laws.

1. Policy Purpose & Zero-Tolerance Commitment

Friendium, operated by Nexa-Group, is committed to providing a safe digital environment for minors. Any form of child sexual exploitation, grooming, abuse, trafficking, or endangerment is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate enforcement, reporting, and cooperation with authorities.

While safety is paramount, malicious or knowingly false reports may result in penalties. Friendium balances protection of minors with fairness to all users.
