Monetization Terms

1. Acceptance of Monetization Terms

By enabling, applying for, or participating in any monetization feature on ReelCiety, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Monetization Terms, the ReelCiety Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and all related policies. If you do not agree, you must not participate in monetization programs.

2. Relationship of the Parties

Participation in monetization does not create an employment, partnership, joint venture, agency, or fiduciary relationship between you and ReelCiety or its parent company, Nexa-Group. Creators act as independent parties solely responsible for their content, business activities, and legal obligations.

3. Eligibility & Ongoing Compliance

Monetization eligibility is subject to continuous compliance. ReelCiety may require creators to:

• Maintain accurate identity and payment information
• Complete verification or re-verification processes
• Meet engagement, activity, or quality thresholds
• Comply with jurisdictional restrictions

Eligibility does not guarantee acceptance or continued participation.

4. Monetization Models

Monetization opportunities may include, but are not limited to:

• Advertising revenue share
• Paid subscriptions or exclusive content access
• Tips, gifts, or digital tokens
• Brand sponsorships facilitated through the platform

Specific terms may vary by program and are incorporated by reference.

5. Revenue Calculation & Adjustments

Revenue calculations are determined by ReelCiety using proprietary systems and may be adjusted for:

• Invalid traffic or engagement
• Fraud, abuse, or policy violations
• Chargebacks, refunds, or payment disputes
• Applicable fees, taxes, or currency conversion costs

All calculations made by ReelCiety are final, subject only to limited review at ReelCiety’s discretion.

6. Payment Schedules & Thresholds

Payments are issued according to established payout cycles and minimum thresholds. ReelCiety may:

• Delay payouts pending verification or investigation
• Withhold amounts required by law
• Modify payout schedules with notice

7. Taxes & Financial Responsibilities

Creators are solely responsible for determining and fulfilling tax obligations. ReelCiety does not provide tax advice and may report earnings to authorities as required by law.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are grounds for immediate termination of monetization access:

• Artificially inflating engagement or earnings
• Misrepresentation of identity or audience
• Using monetization for illegal or harmful activities
• Attempting to circumvent payout systems or safeguards

9. Suspension, Termination & Clawbacks

ReelCiety reserves the right to suspend or terminate monetization access at any time. In cases of fraud or abuse, ReelCiety may recover paid amounts, offset future earnings, or pursue legal remedies.

10. No Guarantee of Earnings

ReelCiety makes no representations or guarantees regarding income, exposure, or financial success. Participation in monetization programs is at your own risk.

11. Confidentiality

Revenue data, performance metrics, and internal tools provided to creators are confidential and may not be disclosed or exploited without authorization.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nexa-Group shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from monetization participation.

13. Modifications

These Monetization Terms may be updated periodically. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of revised terms.

14. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Nexa-Group, without regard to conflict of law principles.
