3. Prohibited Content Involving Minors

The following is strictly prohibited and results in immediate enforcement:

• Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) in any form.
• Sexualized images, videos, or commentary involving minors.
• Grooming behavior or attempts to solicit minors.
• Exploitation, trafficking, or coercion of children.
• Content encouraging dangerous challenges involving minors.

4. Grooming & Predatory Behavior

ReelCiety actively detects and disrupts grooming patterns, including:

• Attempts to move minors to private or encrypted platforms.
• Requests for sexual images or personal information.
• Manipulative, coercive, or emotionally exploitative behavior.
• Adults misrepresenting age or intent.

5. Default Protections for Minor Accounts

Accounts identified as belonging to minors receive:

• Stricter content filters.
• Limited discoverability and recommendation exposure.
• Restricted direct messaging features.
• Enhanced privacy settings by default.

6. Parental & Guardian Support

Where permitted by law, ReelCiety may provide:

• Educational resources for parents and guardians.
• Tools to report child safety concerns.
• Guidance on digital wellbeing and online safety.

7. Detection & Enforcement Systems

ReelCiety uses layered safeguards to protect minors:

• Automated detection of CSAM and grooming indicators.

8. Mandatory Reporting
