ReelCiety is a visual-first social platform. Images and videos can have a powerful emotional impact, especially when they depict violence, sexual material, or distressing events. This policy exists to minimize harm, prevent exploitation, protect minors, and ensure users have meaningful control over the content they view.

This policy aligns with global online safety standards, app-store requirements, advertiser safety expectations, and Nexa-Group’s corporate risk framework.

2. Scope

This policy applies to all media formats on ReelCiety, including:

• Images, videos, reels, and stories
• Live streams and recorded live content
• Thumbnails, previews, and cover images
• Profile photos and banners
• AI-generated or edited visual media

3. Definitions

• Sensitive Media: Content that may be disturbing, explicit, or unsuitable for all audiences.
• Graphic Content: Media showing explicit injury, gore, or extreme violence.
• Adult Content: Sexualized material intended for adult audiences.
• Contextual Content: Media shown for educational, documentary, or news purposes.

4. Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited and will be removed immediately:

• Graphic depictions of violence, gore, or dismemberment.
• Sexual content involving minors, including implied or animated material.
• Bestiality, necrophilia, or non-consensual sexual acts.
• Extreme cruelty toward humans or animals.
• Content produced for shock value without informational context.

5. Restricted Adult Content

Certain adult-oriented content may be allowed with strict limitations:

• Non-explicit nudity in artistic, educational, or cultural contexts.
• Sexual references without explicit acts.

Such content:

8. AI-Generated & Manipulated Media

AI-generated imagery depicting violence, nudity, or realistic harm is subject to the same restrictions as real-world content. Deceptive or unlabeled synthetic media may be removed or labeled at ReelCiety’s discretion.

9. User Controls

ReelCiety provides tools to help users manage sensitive content:

• Global sensitive content filters
• Age-based viewing restrictions
• Ability to mute or block content categories
• Reporting and feedback mechanisms

10. Detection & Review

Sensitive media is identified through automated systems and human moderation. High-risk content is prioritized for rapid review by trained safety specialists.

• Loss of monetization privileges

12. Appeals
