In-App Purchase Policy

This In-App Purchase Policy explains how purchases inside Vexor applications work, how Vexor complies with app-store billing rules (Apple App Store / Google Play), how refunds and chargebacks are handled, and what users and creators can expect when buying or receiving digital goods on the platform.

1. Scope & Applicability

This Policy applies to all in-app and related purchases involving Vexor, including:

  • iOS apps distributed via the Apple App Store.
  • Android apps distributed via the Google Play Store.
  • Web-based or direct billing purchases where supported by Vexor or Nexa Group.

Covered purchase types include, but are not limited to:

  • Virtual currency (coins, tokens, credits, or similar units).
  • Subscriptions and membership tiers.
  • Premium features, upgrades, and unlocks.
  • Boosts, reach or visibility enhancements, and promotional tools.
  • Tickets for events, digital access passes, or time-limited experiences.
  • Other digital, non-tangible services consumed within Vexor.

By completing an in-app purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this In-App Purchase Policy, the Terms of Service, and any applicable app-store terms.

2. Platform Billing Compliance

Vexor strictly complies with the billing and in-app purchase policies of major app stores:

  • Apple (iOS): All digital goods consumed within the iOS app, including coins, subscriptions, and boosts, must be purchased using Apple In-App Purchase (IAP), in line with App Store Review Guidelines.
  • Google (Android): Digital goods made available through the Android app must use Google Play Billing where required by Google Play policies.
  • Web-Based Purchases: Vexor may offer card, PayPal, or other payment options on the web, provided such usage does not circumvent app-store billing requirements for digital goods consumed inside the mobile apps.

Vexor does not encourage or support any activity that would violate Apple or Google billing rules, including off-platform purchases intended solely to bypass in-app billing.

3. Purchase Flow & Receipts

A typical in-app purchase flow on Vexor includes:

  1. You select an item (for example, coins, subscription, boost, or digital gift) from within the Vexor app or web interface.
  2. You confirm the purchase via the app store billing screen or an approved web payment form.
  3. The transaction is processed by the relevant billing provider (Apple, Google, or a direct payment gateway used by Nexa Group).
  4. On success, your Vexor account is credited with the relevant digital goods, and you may receive:
    • An in-app confirmation message, and
    • An official receipt emailed or stored by Apple/Google or the payment provider.

Vexor logs transaction identifiers, timestamps, and credit operations for security, fraud prevention, and customer support. We recommend that you retain all app-store receipts for future reference, including refunds or disputes.

4. Subscriptions & Auto-Renewals

Vexor may offer recurring subscriptions (for example, premium tiers, ad-reduced experiences, or creator-focused tools). Unless stated otherwise:

  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period.
  • Subscription pricing, duration, and benefits are clearly disclosed before purchase.
  • Users can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time via:
    • Apple: Apple ID → Subscriptions.
    • Google: Google Play Store → Payments & Subscriptions.
    • Web (if applicable): Vexor account billing settings.

Cancellation will:

  • Prevent future recurring charges after the current period.
  • Not automatically trigger refunds for already-billed periods.
  • Allow continued access until the end of the current paid term.

Prorations, partial credits, or refunds for subscriptions are governed by platform rules, our Refund Policy, and applicable consumer laws in your region.

5. Pricing, Taxes & Currency

Prices for in-app items and subscriptions are:

  • Displayed in your local currency where supported.
  • Determined by region, exchange rates, and platform pricing tiers.
  • Inclusive or exclusive of tax depending on local regulations and app-store handling.

Vexor and Nexa Group reserve the right to adjust prices, introduce new products, or discontinue existing offers. Where material pricing changes apply to subscriptions or recurring services, Vexor will provide reasonable advance notice as required by law or app-store policies.

6. Refunds & Chargebacks

In general, in-app purchases are non-refundable, except where required by applicable law or app-store policy. Refund handling differs by purchase channel:

  • Apple App Store: Refunds must be requested via Apple’s “Report a Problem” system or Apple Support.
  • Google Play Store: Refunds must be requested through Google Play’s official refund process or order history.
  • Web / Direct Billing: Users should contact billing@vexor.to. Requests are evaluated in accordance with Vexor’s Refund Policy and local consumer protection laws.

If a refund is granted by Apple, Google, or Vexor:

  • Any related digital goods may be removed from the user’s account.
  • Associated creator earnings from gifts, coins, or paid interactions may be reversed.
  • Repeated or abusive refund behavior may result in account review or restrictions.

Chargebacks initiated with banks or payment providers for legitimate purchases may trigger fraud investigations and can lead to account suspension or termination if abuse is confirmed.

7. Consumable vs. Non-Consumable Items

Vexor classifies in-app products as:

  • Consumable Items: Coins, one-time boosts, limited-use gifts, or event tickets that are depleted or expire upon use.
  • Non-Consumable Items: Permanent unlocks or features that remain linked to your account (for example, a one-time premium effect or badge).
  • Subscriptions: Time-limited access to premium features, renewable automatically unless canceled.

Consumable items cannot typically be restored after being used, while non-consumable items should be restorable when you reinstall the app or change devices, as outlined below.

8. Restoring Purchases & Account Migration

Non-consumable purchases and active subscriptions can usually be restored if:

  • You sign into Vexor with the same account credentials used at purchase time.
  • You are logged into the same Apple ID or Google account associated with the purchase.

Mechanisms may include:

  • A “Restore Purchases” option within the Vexor app (common on iOS).
  • Automatic recognition of subscriptions upon login.
  • Manual support assistance in exceptional cases (e.g., platform account migrations).

Vexor cannot guarantee restoration if platform accounts, app store accounts, or login credentials have changed or been lost beyond our control.

9. Fraud, Abuse & Purchase Restrictions

Vexor and Nexa Group monitor transactions to detect fraud, abuse, and policy violations. Examples of prohibited behavior include:

  • Using stolen payment methods or unauthorized accounts.
  • Attempting to artificially inflate creator earnings via self-gifting or collusion.
  • Abusing refund systems or chargebacks for legitimate purchases.
  • Selling, reselling, or bartering Vexor accounts or digital goods outside approved channels.

In cases of suspected fraud or abuse, Vexor may:

  • Reverse or cancel suspicious transactions and related digital goods.
  • Withhold or reverse creator payouts tied to suspicious income.
  • Suspend or permanently terminate the involved accounts.
  • Notify payment providers, app stores, or law enforcement where required.

10. Promotional Codes, Gifts & Discounts

From time to time, Vexor may offer:

  • Promo codes or coupons for coins or premium features.
  • Discounted subscription periods or trial offers.
  • Special event bundles, seasonal offers, or partner promotions.

Each promotion will specify:

  • Eligibility conditions (region, new vs. existing user, time-limited).
  • Redemption method (in-app code, automatic application, or partner link).
  • Expiry dates and any usage restrictions.

Vexor reserves the right to modify or withdraw promotions at any time, subject to applicable consumer protection and promotional laws.

11. Taxes, Payouts & Creator Reporting Obligations

For creators participating in monetization programs:

  • Earnings derived from gifts, coins, or paid interactions are subject to reversal if the underlying purchase is refunded or charged back.
  • Creators are responsible for reporting taxable income to their local tax authorities.
  • Vexor and Nexa Group may issue tax forms or documentation where required by law (e.g., 1099, EU tax reporting, or other jurisdiction-specific forms).

In some regions, Vexor may withhold tax or apply local VAT/GST requirements on purchases or payouts, in line with legal and platform obligations.

12. User Support, Billing Disputes & Escalation

If you encounter issues with an in-app purchase (non-delivery, double charge, subscription confusion), you should:

  • First review your receipts and app-store purchase history.
  • Contact the relevant app store (Apple/Google) for billing-level issues.
  • Contact Vexor Support for in-app crediting, delivery, or technical problems.

Contact channels:

Billing & Payments: billing@vexor.to
Monetization & Creator Support: monetize@vexor.to
General Support: support@vexor.to

For unresolved disputes that involve legal or regulatory concerns, users may escalate to Nexa Group’s legal team or relevant consumer protection authorities in their jurisdiction.

13. Developer & Platform Disclosures

In accordance with Apple App Store and Google Play requirements, Vexor clearly discloses:

  • That the app offers in-app purchases and subscriptions.
  • Which features, content, or benefits require payment to access.
  • Links to the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
  • Any specific platform disclosures mandated by local law or store policy.

14. Changes to This In-App Purchase Policy

Vexor and Nexa Group may update this In-App Purchase Policy to reflect:

  • Changes in app-store or platform billing rules.
  • New monetization features, payment methods, or currencies.
  • Updates in consumer protection, financial, or tax regulations.

When material changes are made, Vexor may notify users through:

  • In-app notifications or banners.
  • Updates in the Help Center or legal pages.
  • A revised “Last Updated” date associated with this Policy.

Continued use of Vexor after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised In-App Purchase Policy.
