Friendium Events & Real-World Coordination Policy

This Events & Real-World Coordination Policy governs the creation, promotion, participation, and moderation of events, gatherings, and offline activities organized or promoted through Friendium. The policy exists to protect user safety, public order, and legal compliance while enabling legitimate social, cultural, and civic coordination.

1. Purpose and Scope

Friendium allows users, Groups, and Pages to organize real-world events, meetings, and activities. Because offline coordination can pose heightened safety and legal risks, this policy establishes strict boundaries governing how events may be promoted and managed on the platform.

This policy applies to all events, whether public or private, free or paid, recurring or one-time, and regardless of geographic location.

2. Definition of Events and Coordination

An “Event” refers to any organized gathering, activity, or occurrence that takes place partially or entirely offline and is promoted through Friendium.

“Real-world coordination” includes, but is not limited to:

  • Social meetups and community gatherings
  • Business, professional, or educational events
  • Political rallies or civic assemblies
  • Religious, cultural, or charitable activities
  • Ticketed or monetized events

3. Eligibility to Create Events

Only accounts, Groups, or Pages in good standing may create events. Event creators must use accurate identity information and may be required to verify authority or ownership upon request.

  • No anonymous or deceptive event organizers
  • No false claims of official sponsorship or endorsement
  • No impersonation of venues, authorities, or institutions

4. Accuracy and Transparency Requirements

Event listings must be truthful, complete, and transparent. This includes:

  • Correct date, time, and location information
  • Clear description of the event purpose and nature
  • Disclosure of fees, tickets, or commercial elements
  • Clear identification of the organizer

5. Prohibited Events and Activities

Friendium strictly prohibits events or coordination that involve or promote:

  • Violence, armed activity, or physical harm
  • Terrorism or extremist organizations
  • Illegal activity under applicable law
  • Harassment, intimidation, or targeting of individuals or groups
  • Unlawful protests or civil disorder
  • Sexual exploitation, trafficking, or abuse

6. Political, Civic, and High-Risk Events

Events involving political activity, public demonstrations, elections, or sensitive civic matters may be subject to additional review, restrictions, or disclosure requirements.

Friendium may limit promotion, visibility, or reach of such events to prevent harm, misinformation, or unlawful activity.

7. Child Safety and Minor Protection

Events involving minors must comply with Friendium’s Child Safety policies. Organizers must clearly state age restrictions and supervision requirements.

  • No unsupervised minor-only events without safeguards
  • No sexualized or exploitative activities
  • No private meetups between adults and minors without clear legitimacy

8. Health, Safety, and Emergency Considerations

Event organizers are responsible for considering local health, safety, and emergency regulations. Friendium does not assume responsibility for offline event safety.

Users attend events at their own risk. Friendium does not guarantee the legitimacy, safety, or legality of any event.

9. Monetized and Ticketed Events

Events involving payments, tickets, or fundraising must comply with Friendium’s payments, refunds, and anti-fraud policies.

  • No deceptive ticket sales
  • No unauthorized fundraising
  • No misrepresentation of event value or access

10. Moderation and Enforcement

Friendium may review, restrict, suspend, or remove events at any time, with or without notice, if they pose safety, legal, or integrity risks.

  • Event visibility reduction
  • Cancellation or removal
  • Account, Group, or Page enforcement actions

11. Cooperation with Authorities

Friendium may cooperate with law enforcement or regulatory authorities where required by law, including providing event-related information in accordance with applicable legal processes.

12. Reporting and User Responsibilities

Users are encouraged to report events that appear unsafe, deceptive, or unlawful. Abuse of reporting tools is prohibited.

13. Liability Disclaimer

Friendium and Nexa-Group do not organize, sponsor, endorse, or supervise events listed on the platform and disclaim all liability arising from offline participation.

14. Policy Updates

This policy may be updated periodically. Continued use of Friendium event features constitutes acceptance of the current version.
