Paid Subscription & Super-Follow Policy

This policy governs “paid follow”, “super-follow”, and subscription-style features on Vibble, under which users pay recurring fees to access extra content, perks, or recognition from a creator.

1. Feature Overview

Vibble’s paid subscription features allow creators to offer premium experiences to their supporters, which may include:

  • Exclusive posts, replies, or media
  • Subscriber-only spaces or live sessions
  • Badges or labels that identify supporters
  • Early access to content or previews

All subscription offerings must comply with Vibble’s policies and relevant consumer protection laws.

2. Creator Eligibility

To enable paid subscriptions, creators must:

  • Be at least 18 years old or legal adult age in their region
  • Maintain an account in good standing with no recent serious violations
  • Complete identity verification and provide payout information
  • Meet minimum follower and engagement requirements (where applicable)

3. Subscriber Rights & Expectations

Subscribers pay for access to enhanced engagement or content. While creative flexibility is allowed, creators must:

  • Provide some recurring value (e.g., extra content, community access, or recognition)
  • Avoid deceptive promises or false advertising regarding benefits
  • Disclose major changes to subscription offerings where feasible

4. Prohibited Subscription Benefits

Creators may not offer subscription perks that involve:

  • Illegal goods or services
  • Non-consensual sharing of private information
  • Sexual services or explicit content that violates Vibble’s rules or local law
  • Facilitation of harassment, doxxing, or targeted abuse
  • Guaranteed financial returns, investments, or betting outcomes

5. Pricing, Billing & Refunds

Subscription prices are set by the creator within ranges enabled by Vibble and may differ by market or platform. Billing is recurring until cancelled by the subscriber.

  • Refund policies may be governed by app stores (iOS/Android) or local law.
  • Vibble itself does not guarantee refunds unless legally required or explicitly stated.
  • Chargebacks may result in removal of associated subscriber perks and may affect creator earnings.

6. Cancellation & Access

Subscribers can cancel at any time via platform or app store settings. Upon cancellation:

  • Access to paid benefits typically continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • After expiry, subscriber-only content and perks are no longer accessible.

7. Creator Conduct & Enforcement

If a creator violates Vibble policies, their subscription program may be:

  • Temporarily paused
  • Restricted to exclude new signups
  • Terminated, with or without removal of the underlying account

Serious violations (e.g., fraud, child safety issues) may result in forfeiture of unpaid revenue where permitted by law.

8. Subscriber Safety

Creators must respect subscriber privacy and may not pressure supporters into sharing sensitive personal details. Abusive or manipulative behavior toward subscribers can lead to enforcement actions.

9. Taxes & Financial Reporting

Subscription earnings are subject to the same tax responsibilities described in the Monetization Terms. Subscribers may be charged taxes where required by local regulations.

11. Updates to This Policy
