Vibble Ads & Sponsorship Policy

This policy governs advertising, sponsorships, branded content, and paid amplification on Vibble. It applies to advertisers, agencies, creators running paid campaigns, and any account participating in paid promotional activity.

1. Scope & Applicability

This policy covers all paid and value-exchange activities on Vibble, including:

  • Display and feed ads purchased via Vibble or partner systems
  • Sponsored posts, hashtag campaigns, and amplification
  • Branded content created by creators in partnership with advertisers
  • Influencer campaigns facilitated or tracked through Vibble tools

All advertising and sponsorship activity must comply with this policy, the Advertiser Content Restrictions, local advertising laws, and platform-wide Community Guidelines.

2. Advertiser Eligibility

To run ads or sponsorships on Vibble, advertisers must:

  • Provide truthful business and contact information
  • Comply with applicable laws, including consumer protection and privacy regulations
  • Be free from inclusion on relevant sanctions, terrorism, or enforcement lists
  • Agree to all applicable commercial terms and payment requirements

3. Sponsored & Branded Content by Creators

Creators working with brands or sponsors must follow both this policy and the Creator Monetization Policy. Requirements include:

  • Clear disclosure of sponsorship, e.g., using tags or labels such as “Sponsored”, “Paid partnership”, or local equivalents
  • No misleading representation of personal opinions as independent where content is paid
  • Compliance with local disclosure laws (e.g., FTC in the U.S., ASA in the UK, etc.)
  • Use of only approved brand assets and claims as provided by the advertiser

4. Content Standards for Ads & Sponsorships

All sponsored content and advertisements must meet heightened quality and safety standards. Ads may not:

  • Contain hate speech, harassment, or incitement to violence
  • Promote illegal products or services
  • Use shocking or excessively graphic imagery to force attention
  • Include deceptive claims, fabricated endorsements, or undisclosed manipulated media
  • Target minors with inappropriate products (e.g., alcohol, adult content, high-risk financial products)

5. Targeting & Audience Restrictions

Advertisers must use Vibble's targeting tools responsibly and may not:

  • Exploit sensitive attributes (e.g., health status, religion, sexual orientation) as targeting criteria where prohibited by law
  • Target minors with adult content, gambling, or high-risk financial offers
  • Use political or issue-based targeting where restricted or prohibited by local law or Vibble policy

6. Political & Issue-Based Advertising

Political advertising and issue-based advocacy are subject to additional rules and may be restricted or prohibited in certain regions. Advertisers in this category must:

  • Undergo additional identity and eligibility verification
  • Comply with regional political transparency laws and election regulations
  • Ensure clear labeling and disclosure of political sponsorship

7. Creative Review & Enforcement

Vibble reserves the right to review, approve, reject, or remove any ad or sponsored content at its sole discretion. Reasons for rejection may include:

  • Violation of Advertiser Content Restrictions
  • Misleading or unsubstantiated claims
  • Improper targeting or attempted circumvention of restrictions
  • Low-quality or disruptive user experience

8. Data Use & Measurement

Advertisers may access anonymized or aggregated reporting for performance measurement. Use of user data must comply with:

  • Vibble’s Privacy Policy
  • Applicable privacy and data protection laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA)
  • Contractual limitations on tracking and profiling

9. Brand Safety Tools

Vibble may offer brand safety controls such as exclusion lists, sensitive topic filters, and inventory quality settings. Advertisers are responsible for configuring these controls according to their risk tolerance.

10. Violations & Penalties

For violations of this policy, Vibble may:

  • Pause or remove individual ads or campaigns
  • Suspend advertiser accounts or restrict access to tools
  • Withhold or reverse creator revenue associated with clearly abusive campaigns
  • Terminate commercial relationships in serious or repeated cases

11. Appeals & Support

Advertisers and creators may appeal ad rejections or enforcement decisions via Vibble support channels. Appeals generally require:

  • Identification of the campaign or content in question
  • A clear explanation and any supporting documentation
