Vibble Monetization Policy

This Monetization Policy sets out how creators, publishers, journalists, and partners can earn money on Vibble, and the rules that apply to all monetized activity on the platform.

1. Overview

Vibble is a real-time microblogging and media platform operated by Nexa Group. To support sustainable creation, journalism, and public conversation, Vibble offers monetization features to eligible accounts, including (but not limited to):

  • Revenue share from ads displayed around eligible posts and media
  • Paid subscriptions / “Super-Follow” style supporter features
  • Tips, donations, and one-off supporter contributions
  • Brand sponsorships and promotional posts
  • Amplification products and promotional tools (where available)

Access to monetization is a privilege, not a right. It is conditional on ongoing compliance with this Monetization Policy, the Vibble Community Guidelines, the Ads & Sponsorship Policy, and all applicable laws.

2. Eligibility Requirements

To participate in monetization programs on Vibble, accounts must generally:

  • Be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction
  • Have a verified email address and secure login (e.g., 2FA strongly recommended / may be required)
  • Be in good standing with no recent severe policy violations
  • Meet minimum thresholds for followers, impressions, or engagement (as defined in product-specific documentation)
  • Complete identity and payment verification (KYC / KYB where applicable)
  • Provide valid payout details and required tax documentation

Eligibility thresholds and supported countries are subject to change over time. Vibble may enable or disable monetization availability per region, risk profile, or regulatory requirements without prior notice.

3. Monetized Content Standards

Monetization is restricted to content that meets heightened integrity and brand safety standards. To be eligible for earning, content should:

  • Comply fully with Vibble’s Community Guidelines and Safety policies
  • Not contain graphic violence, explicit sexual content, or glorification of criminal activity
  • Not intentionally spread harmful misinformation or targeted harassment
  • Respect intellectual property; no unlicensed use of copyrighted content
  • Be original or transformative content primarily created by the account owner

Certain sensitive categories may be demonetized even if they are allowed on the platform (e.g., news coverage of conflict, crime, or public health crises). Vibble reserves the right to classify content as non-monetizable at its sole discretion.

4. Revenue Sources

Vibble may provide one or more of the following monetization sources:

  • Ad Revenue Share: A percentage of advertising revenue associated with eligible posts or profiles.
  • Subscriptions / Supporter Plans: Monthly recurring payments from followers in exchange for additional benefits.
  • Tips & Donations: One-time voluntary contributions from users; not guaranteed, non-refundable in most cases.
  • Brand Deals & Sponsorships: Programs where Vibble may facilitate partner campaigns.
  • Promotional Tools: Where creators can buy or earn visibility products (e.g., boosts) with strict policy controls.

The availability and structure of these revenue streams may vary by country, user segment, and time.

5. Prohibited Monetization Practices

Creators and publishers may not engage in any of the following:

  • Buying or selling fake engagement (followers, likes, reposts, views)
  • Using bots, automation, or coordinated networks to inflate metrics
  • Encouraging users to engage with content under false pretenses (e.g., misleading giveaways)
  • Soliciting or accepting tips/donations in exchange for illegal goods or services
  • Running undisclosed scams, Ponzi schemes, or misleading investment promotions
  • Directly incentivizing minors to send money, gifts, or personal data

Violations may result in demonetization, forfeiture of earnings, account suspension, or permanent bans.

6. Restricted Monetization Categories

Even when content is allowed under Community Guidelines, certain topics may be limited or excluded from monetization, such as:

  • Highly graphic news coverage or disturbing imagery
  • Adult or suggestive content
  • Alcohol, tobacco, gambling, or high-risk financial products
  • Content touching on controversial political or civic topics where monetization may conflict with public interest

7. Fraud, Abuse & Investigations

Vibble actively monitors monetized accounts and transactions for fraud and abuse. Where suspicious activity is detected, Vibble may:

  • Temporarily hold or freeze payouts
  • Reverse earnings tied to fraudulent transactions or chargebacks
  • Disable access to monetization tools
  • Request additional verification or documentation
  • Escalate matters to payment partners, regulators, or law enforcement where appropriate

8. Taxes & Legal Responsibilities

Creators and publishers are solely responsible for understanding and meeting their tax obligations related to earnings from Vibble. This includes:

  • Declaring income to relevant tax authorities
  • Paying applicable income, VAT, GST, or similar taxes
  • Keeping accurate records of payouts received

Vibble may collect tax-related information (such as forms, residency declarations, or VAT IDs) and may be required to report income or withhold taxes in some jurisdictions.

9. Account Standing & Policy Violations

Monetization access is linked to overall account health. Vibble may partially or fully remove access to monetization features if:

  • The account receives repeated or severe enforcement actions
  • There is evidence of coordinated abuse or platform manipulation
  • The account is associated with previously banned or fraudulent entities
  • The account fails ongoing compliance checks (e.g., sanctions, KYC, risk reviews)

10. Regional Availability & Regulatory Changes

Some features may not be available in all countries or for all currencies. Regulatory changes, banking rules, or sanctions may require Vibble to:

  • Restrict payouts in certain territories
  • Adjust payout thresholds and currencies
  • Pause or reconfigure specific monetization programs

11. Appeals & Support

If you believe monetization has been incorrectly limited or removed, you may appeal through the Vibble support channels. Appeals are reviewed by specialist teams and may require additional documentation or clarification.
