Friendium applies higher scrutiny to live content due to its immediacy and potential for real-world harm.

2. Scope of This Policy

This policy applies to:

• Live video streams
• Live audio rooms or broadcasts
• Real-time interactive sessions
• Live comments, reactions, and donations
• Recorded replays of live sessions

3. Eligibility to Go Live

To access live streaming features, users must:

• Maintain a verified real-identity account
• Have no active enforcement restrictions
• Meet minimum account age and trust thresholds
• Comply with all Community Standards

Friendium reserves the right to revoke live privileges at any time.

4. Absolute Prohibitions During Live Streams

The following content is strictly prohibited during live broadcasts and may result in immediate termination of the stream and account action:

• Violence, self-harm, or suicide attempts
• Threats, intimidation, or incitement
• Sexual acts or explicit sexual content
• Nudity involving minors (zero tolerance)
• Illegal activities or criminal conduct
• Hate speech or extremist propaganda
• Live harassment, humiliation, or abuse

5. Self-Harm & Crisis Situations

Broadcasting self-harm, suicide attempts, or medical emergencies is prohibited. If a stream suggests imminent danger:

• The stream may be immediately terminated
• Emergency escalation protocols may be activated
• Local authorities or crisis services may be contacted

6. Protection of Minors

Live streams involving minors are subject to heightened safeguards.

• Adults may not stream with unrelated minors without clear context
• No private or exploitative interactions are permitted
• Any sexualization or endangerment results in immediate enforcement

7. Harassment & Audience Conduct

Streamers are responsible for moderating their live chats. Friendium prohibits:

• Harassment or coordinated abuse in live comments
• Targeted attacks against individuals or groups
• Brigading or spam flooding

8. Dangerous Activities & Stunts

Live broadcasts may not encourage or depict dangerous activities, including:

• Risky physical stunts
• Illegal challenges
• Drug use or intoxication
• Reckless behavior that may cause injury

9. Privacy & Consent

Streamers must respect the privacy of others.

• No filming of individuals without consent in private spaces
• No exposure of personal data
• No recording of confidential or sensitive conversations

10. Monetization & Live Interactions

Where live monetization is enabled:

• Donations must not incentivize harmful behavior
• Pay-to-harm or pay-to-humiliate content is prohibited
• Financial exploitation is strictly forbidden

11. Moderation & Real-Time Intervention

Friendium uses automated systems and human reviewers to monitor live content. Intervention may include:

17. User Responsibility

Streamers are solely responsible for their live content, guest participation, and moderation choices.
