Vibble Bot & Automation Rules

These rules govern automated accounts, bots, and scripted usage of the Vibble API. All automation must respect platform integrity, user safety, and local laws.

1. Definition of Automated Use

“Automation” includes any scripted, programmatic, or non-human interaction with the Vibble platform, including bots, schedulers, auto-responders, bulk tools, and monitoring agents using the API.

2. Allowed Automation Use Cases

  • Scheduling and publishing posts for brands or creators.
  • Customer support and helpdesk integrations.
  • News or status bots that clearly identify as automated.
  • Analytics, alerting, and monitoring services.

3. Prohibited Automation

  • Mass-following, follow/unfollow churn, or engagement farming.
  • Automated harassment, brigading, or dogpiling.
  • Astroturfing or coordinated inauthentic behavior.
  • Automated misinformation or political manipulation campaigns.
  • DM spam, unsolicited promotions, or phishing attempts.

4. Bot Disclosure & Labelling

  • Automated accounts must clearly state that they are bots in their bio and/or display name.
  • Users must be able to understand when they are interacting with automation.
  • Impersonation of humans or organizations by bots is strictly forbidden.

5. Rate Limits & Behavior Controls

  • Bots must respect all rate limits (read and write).
  • Posting frequency must be reasonable and non-disruptive.
  • Automated replies should be contextually relevant and not repetitive spam.

6. Data & Privacy Obligations

  • Bots may not collect, infer, or store sensitive personal data without explicit consent.
  • Any data collected must be secured and retained only as long as strictly necessary.
  • Bots must respect user blocks, mutes, and privacy settings.

7. Review, Approval & Monitoring

Higher-risk automations (political, financial, health-related) may require manual review or ongoing monitoring by Nexa-Group. Vibble may restrict or revoke access at any time.

8. Enforcement & Penalties

  • Key suspension for abusive automation.
  • Account bans for violating users or organizations.
  • Legal escalation for severe or unlawful automated campaigns.
