Adult Content & Nudity Policy

1. Purpose & Principles

Friendium is designed for authentic social interaction across families, communities, workplaces, and public life. This policy exists to ensure that sexualized content does not undermine safety, exploit individuals, or create a hostile or inappropriate environment.

Friendium does not operate as an adult platform and does not permit explicit sexual material under any circumstances.

2. Scope of This Policy

This policy applies to all content formats, including:

• Posts, captions, and comments
• Photos, videos, and image galleries
• Stories and temporary content
• Live streams and real-time broadcasts
• Profile photos, cover images, and usernames
• Links to external content
• Private messages and group chats

3. Definition of Adult Content

Adult content includes material intended to arouse sexual interest, depict sexual activity, or focus on sexualized body parts for erotic purposes.

• Explicit sexual acts or simulations
• Sexually explicit poses or gestures
• Fetish content or sexual roleplay
• Graphic sexual language or descriptions
• Pornographic or escort-related material

4. Absolute Prohibitions

The following content is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate action:

• Sexual acts involving any person
• Full nudity with sexual intent
• Sexual exploitation or coercion
• Sexual services, solicitation, or prostitution
• Fetish or kink content
• Sexually explicit animations, AI-generated or otherwise
• Any sexual content involving minors (zero tolerance)

5. Partial Nudity & Sexualized Presentation

Partial nudity may be restricted or removed depending on context, pose, and intent.

• Sexually suggestive poses emphasizing genital or breast areas
• Images designed to provoke arousal rather than expression
• Use of nudity for shock, engagement, or monetization

6. Allowed Non-Sexual Nudity

The following may be permitted when clearly non-sexual and contextual:

• Breastfeeding
• Medical or educational imagery
• Artistic or cultural depictions without sexual intent
• Historical or documentary material
• Body-positive content presented respectfully

7. Sexual Language & Textual Content

Sexually explicit written content is not allowed on Friendium. This includes graphic descriptions, roleplay, or explicit fantasies.

Mild, non-graphic references may be allowed in educational, health, or relationship discussions when appropriate.

8. Live Streaming Restrictions

Live content is subject to heightened enforcement due to real-time risk.

• Sexualized behavior during live streams is prohibited
• Streams may be terminated without warning
• Accounts may be suspended immediately

9. Sexual Exploitation & Abuse

Any form of sexual exploitation, trafficking, grooming, or coercion is strictly prohibited and may be reported to relevant authorities.

10. Protection of Minors

Friendium enforces zero tolerance for:

• Sexualized images of minors
• Sexual comments directed at minors
• Adult-minor sexual interactions
• Attempted grooming or solicitation

11. Commercial Sexual Content

Friendium does not permit:

• Promotion of adult websites
• Links to pornographic platforms
• Sexual subscription services
• Escort or cam-service advertising

12. Discovery, Reach & Visibility Controls

Even borderline content may be:

• Removed from search and discovery
• Downranked algorithmically
• Restricted from recommendations
• Age-gated or visibility-limited

13. User Responsibility

Users are responsible for ensuring that their content:

• Is appropriate for a broad audience
• Respects personal boundaries
• Does not objectify or exploit
• Complies with all applicable laws

14. Reporting Adult Content

Users may report sexual or inappropriate content through Friendium’s reporting tools. Reports involving minors are prioritized and escalated immediately.

15. Enforcement Actions

Violations may result in:

• Content removal
• Warnings or strikes
• Temporary suspension
• Permanent account termination
• Referral to law enforcement where required

16. Appeals Process

Users may appeal enforcement decisions related to this policy. Appeals are reviewed by trained moderation staff.

17. Legal Compliance

Friendium complies with global laws governing obscenity, child protection, and online safety. Content may be preserved or disclosed when legally required.
