Community Guidelines

1. Purpose & Scope

ReelCiety is a visual-first social platform operated by Nexa-Group. Our mission is to enable creative expression, community connection, and cultural exchange while maintaining a safe, inclusive, and legally compliant environment.

These Guidelines apply to all users, content, interactions, and features on ReelCiety, including but not limited to photos, videos, reels, stories, comments, captions, messages, live streams, advertisements, and creator monetization tools.

Use of ReelCiety constitutes acceptance of these Guidelines, the Terms of Service, and all associated policies. Violations may result in enforcement actions regardless of intent.

2. Core Community Principles

• Safety First: User safety, especially the safety of minors, is our highest priority.
• Respect: Harassment, hate, intimidation, and abuse are not tolerated.
• Authenticity: Users must not misrepresent identities or impersonate others.
• Responsibility: Users are accountable for the content they post and share.
• Lawfulness: Content must comply with applicable laws and regulations.

3. Prohibited Content Overview

The following categories of content are strictly prohibited on ReelCiety and may result in immediate removal, account restriction, suspension, or permanent ban:

• Sexual exploitation or endangerment of minors.
• Hate speech or hateful conduct targeting protected groups.
• Credible threats of violence or encouragement of harm.
• Harassment, stalking, or coordinated abuse.
• Graphic violence or extreme gore.
• Non-consensual sexual content or intimate imagery.
• Impersonation, fraud, or deceptive identity use.
• Illegal activities or promotion of criminal behavior.

4. Harassment, Bullying & Abuse

ReelCiety does not permit harassment or abuse in any form. This includes repeated unwanted contact, insults, humiliation, intimidation, threats, or behavior intended to silence or degrade others.

Enforcement considers context, frequency, severity, and power dynamics. Coordinated harassment campaigns or targeting vulnerable individuals will result in escalated penalties.

5. Hate Speech & Discriminatory Conduct

Content that attacks, dehumanizes, or promotes hatred against individuals or groups based on protected characteristics is prohibited. Protected characteristics include, but are not limited to:

• Race, ethnicity, or nationality
• Religion or belief
• Sex, gender identity, or sexual orientation
• Disability or serious disease
• Immigration status or caste

6. Violence, Threats & Dangerous Behavior

ReelCiety prohibits content that promotes, glorifies, or meaningfully facilitates violence, including threats of harm, weapon misuse, or encouragement of dangerous acts.

Content depicting violence may be restricted or removed depending on context, realism, and potential harm, even if presented for entertainment or shock value.

7. Sexual Content & Adult Material

Adult content is subject to strict limitations. Pornographic material, explicit sexual acts, fetish content, or sexualized depictions intended for arousal are not permitted.

Any sexual content involving minors — including suggestive posing, nudity, or implied activity — results in immediate account termination and reporting to relevant authorities.

8. Child Safety & Protection

Protecting minors is a foundational obligation of ReelCiety. The platform employs a zero-tolerance approach to grooming, exploitation, or endangerment of children.

Users must not:

• Solicit or engage in inappropriate interactions with minors.
• Post content that places minors in dangerous situations.
• Collect or request personal information from minors.

9. Self-Harm & Suicide-Related Content

Content promoting or instructing self-harm or suicide is prohibited. Content discussing mental health struggles may be allowed when framed for recovery, awareness, or support.

ReelCiety may intervene by limiting visibility, adding support resources, or contacting emergency services where credible risk is detected.

10. Impersonation & Authenticity

Users must not impersonate other individuals, brands, organizations, or public figures. Accounts intended for parody or commentary must be clearly labeled and must not mislead users.

11. Reporting & Enforcement

Users may report violations through in-app tools. All reports are reviewed by trained moderation teams using a combination of automated systems and human review.

12. Enforcement Actions

• Content removal
• Visibility limitation
• Account warnings
• Temporary suspension
• Permanent account termination
• Referral to law enforcement where required

13. Appeals

Users may appeal enforcement decisions through official support channels. Appeals are reviewed manually, but repeated or abusive appeals may be restricted.

14. Updates & Governance

These Guidelines may be updated to reflect evolving legal requirements, safety risks, and platform features. Continued use of ReelCiety constitutes acceptance of updated Guidelines.
