This Export Control & Sanctions Policy explains how ReelCiety, operated by Nexa-Group, complies with international trade controls, economic sanctions, and export regulations. It governs access to the platform, services, technologies, and data across jurisdictions.
1. Purpose & Legal Framework
Nexa-Group is committed to full compliance with applicable export control, trade restriction, and economic sanctions laws. These include, but are not limited to, regulations administered by:
- The U.S. Department of Commerce (EAR)
- The U.S. Department of the Treasury (OFAC)
- The U.S. Department of State (ITAR)
- The European Union Sanctions Framework
- The United Nations Security Council Sanctions
- Applicable national export control authorities
This Policy applies to all users, organizations, advertisers, developers, and partners accessing ReelCiety worldwide.
2. Restricted Countries & Regions
ReelCiety services may not be accessed, used, or exported to countries, territories, or regions subject to comprehensive trade embargoes or sanctions, except where authorized by law.
These may include, without limitation, jurisdictions subject to broad sanctions programs. Access may be blocked or restricted automatically based on IP address, residency signals, payment origin, or other indicators.
3. Prohibited Users & Entities
Users may not access or use ReelCiety if they are:

- Owned or controlled by sanctioned entities
- Acting on behalf of prohibited governments or organizations
- Using the platform for sanctioned activities
4. Restricted Uses of the Platform
ReelCiety may not be used to:
- Support weapons development, military operations, or surveillance
- Facilitate sanctions evasion or trade embargo violations
- Provide services to prohibited end-users
- Export controlled technology or technical data unlawfully
5. Technology, Software & Data Controls
ReelCiety’s software, APIs, encryption technologies, and backend systems may be subject to export controls. Users may not:
- Reverse engineer or re-export controlled software
- Provide platform access to restricted parties
- Transfer technical data in violation of export laws
6. Developer & API Restrictions
Developers using ReelCiety APIs must ensure compliance with export laws. Nexa-Group may require additional representations, certifications, or contractual assurances for advanced or enterprise access.
7. Compliance Monitoring & Enforcement
Nexa-Group may monitor usage patterns, suspend accounts, restrict access, or terminate services where export control risks are identified. Cooperation with regulators may occur where required by law.
8. User Representations
By using ReelCiety, you represent and warrant that:
- You are not located in a sanctioned jurisdiction
- You are not a prohibited person or entity
- Your use of the platform complies with all export laws
9. Violations & Consequences
Violations of export control or sanctions laws may result in:
- Immediate account suspension or termination
- Loss of monetization or organizational access
- Disclosure to regulatory or law enforcement authorities
- Civil or criminal penalties under applicable law
10. No Circumvention
Attempts to circumvent geographic restrictions, sanctions screening, or compliance controls are strictly prohibited.
11. Policy Updates
This Policy may be updated to reflect changes in global sanctions regimes, export regulations, or Nexa-Group compliance practices.
